So, there's this thing I've seen floating around the internet - a 100 theme challenge,that I've primarily seen used for art. Scant few I've seen have used it for writing prompts. Most artists I've seen attempt it try to do a big fancy piece for every one, do less than ten and tend to just forget about and sweep it away, never to be visited again. So I figure I might give it a shot, doing at least a doodle a day - more if I feel compelled. This will be a mix of fanart and original stuff, though I may lean more toward original. Will be good practice! And...not sure as to what prefix I should use. Going with 2D Artwork, as it will all be 2D, but will include Non-TF and TF as well. Heh, I dunno about that. I'm not much of a colorist. After staving off a bit of fever, managed to get this one done a little later. So, here we have "Are You Challenging Me?". This features an original pirate character of mine, Jacques.
Late again, d'oh. Today's is "Seeing Red". However, it is figurative because when the character in question is that angry, he sees in electric blue. This would by my superhero character Ampere, running on adrenaline, Righteous Fury™, and a power overload.
And then I go and miss a day! So today, we have two: "Smile", featuring a rather antagonistic shape-shifting character of mine, who apparently took grinning lessons from The Joker. And "Drink", which is a silly one-off joke featuring myself and a friend of mine.
Okay, so while futzing around on Tegaki E (An art blog), I found a group dedicated to Mega Man Robotmasters. (Sort of a combination appreciation and goofy roleplay group of sorts.) They were open to originals, so I decided to give some life to a guy I created last year while during the training period at my last job - Cogman! He's kinda like The Clock King, if Clock King was an evil robot that threw giant cogs at people. So, I picked out the theme "No Time" and drew him for it. (Yes, that's a pocketwatch with the Wily W on it. )
