    If your ticket still hasn't arrived, contact the place/event and tell them. For all you know they could've just written down the wrong address. And if they don't own up to their mistake, contact their supervisor or head office branch.

    Well, I just got an email back from the company that held the contest and they told me to find a friend of mine because he has the ticket.

    That company and my friend were in charge of the contest. So they were both holding the ticket and the company told me to find my friend and he will give me the ticket.

    If you were think they gave my winning ticket to someone else, no they did not.
