Movie 1.. it's a tie between prime vs bonecrusher and starscream vs the F-22's.

Rotf.. it has to be the forest battle.

Dotm.. the dreads vs ironhide and sideswipe (including the chase sequence)

AOE.. hmm.. probably the first prime vs galvatron the first time. Though I'm still annoyed with that floating pixels "transformation".. and where did stinger go?

TLK.. I can't really choose one, none of them were all that great. When nitro and megatron flew away was pretty cool.

Had they made the introduction of the decepticons more natural rather than being similar to the suicide squad, I would've liked it better.

 

Nah, he wouldn't be cool with it. He was just calling Megatron out on his bullshit.

 

I love how he tries to flip the table then when he can't, he just shoves everything off the top.  

 

Oh I know. They maybe could've worded it less ambiguously is all.

In the first movie, the very first scene with Blackout. That's when we got our first look at how things were going to go. Great transformation, great sounds, and then total destruction.

 

I'm going with Blackout's first transformation. You have tension that was built up real nicely for the scene. That feeling of mystery of what will a transformation look like in live action. You get the sound for that touch of nostalgia. Plus just ticking off all the boxes you need for one of those wow moments in film.

 

The army troops vs Scorponok in the first movie is still my favorite scene in the franchise. If I couldn't choose that, then I would have to go with Dinobot Charge in AOE. I loved that final battle even though it was just the autobots cleaning house. Seeing Hound whoop ass and Optimus venting his rage was just so nice to see.

 

I take back what I said, this is my favorite moment in the franchise. The pure emotion and I just felt so sad for Prime. Prime yelling at Joyce was probably Peter's best line delivery ever.

Prime versus Bonecrusher all day long.

 

The bit where the Autobots are about to leave earth in DOTM (There is no plan).

 

The Arrival to Earth. I wake up to that song as my alarm every morning, and I'll never forget that scene. Shia and Megan did a great job looking awed and the protoform thing was cool which all leads up to the first transformation of Optimus Prime, a childhood hero coming to life on the big screen. It's my favorite movie moment of all time.

 

The Highway battle between Optimus Prime and Bonecrusher. It was the transformation of Bonecrusher, grunting as he did so. Then Prime puts on the breaks and transforms. Then Bonecrusher smashes in to a bus. Them Bonecrusher charges Prime. Then they both fall off the highway. Bonecrusher screams.

(Sorry. Gotta get my breath back!) That scene is incredible.

 

optimus' first transformation is an iconic scene

 

Tie between Blackout's arrival, transformation & attack on the military base and the Autobot's arrival scene.

The only two times any of these movies actually sort of felt like A) Transformers, and B) being robots in disguise.
