Recently i was looking for a 1/60 scale motorcycle that wasn't a Diaclone Reboot design. I was a bit ...surprised that i couldn't find something easily. I have some Akira bike options but i wanted something original and not associated with a franchise or I.P. . After some digging around and some emailing i came across these. I'm still debating upon whether to use these or to design my own. I really like this bike design.

these could be interesting will add a review later

not bad honestly…. I’d be happier if these were ‘dollar figures’ but I think these blind…. Balls are ‘premium priced’… yeah at…. $5.99 that’s kind of pushing it… but I also got probably the send least interesting mold.

I might like to grab some of those dinos for my Waruders.

Speaking of, Machine Dragon arrived and I don’t have a proper space for him on my Diaclone shelves, he’s too big!

    But this works I guess.

    Edit:
Barely got him to fit. Moved KingOhja and swapped in some Mcfarlane Halo Micro Ops sets I also recently got.

You can still barely make out the Waruderoid in his chest. Also found a space for one in his crotch. lol

Can anyone recommend a few different options for diorama "bases/walls"?

I've done some research on various sites but it's so hard to get a visual scale impression when none seem to use 1/60.

I'm open to all suggestions- from Bandai Action Bases and their parallels from other vendors. Coming from TF fandom, I'm also aware of the diorama wall/floor kits available from known 3P manufacturers such as the upcoming kit from the 3P studio behind Power Baser.

So far, FEXT Sci-Fi seems to be a strong front runner, despite the cost - after all, it will be an investment long term.

I was doing a lot of research a while back but with few in-hand examples. most 32mm D&D/Warhammer stuff will work... My biggest issue is that for 'sci fi' a lot of leans heavily into WH40k... which... traditionally isn't a bad thing... but it's not the tone/vibe/look I feel that meshs with Diaclone. Though you could make fudge some of the Necron stuff with Waruders.

The other issue I have finding a lot of terrain is that a lot of it is either 'print your own' or assemble/sand/paint to get it to look good.

Cyberpunk terrain - Cardboard tabletop buildings (acidhouseterrain.com)

This looks 'decent' but i question the overall build quality and how durable it is.

TinkerHouse - TinkerTurf - Ready to Roll – Tinkerhouse Games

On the other hand looks much sturdier... but it' also not going to breakback down into a box for storage very easily.

One issue with a lot of these type sets is being able to easily understand what you can do with one set versus mocks of three or four expansions thrown together. With that... also comprehending how much space it will/won't take up.

Question. Do 1/60 scale figures scale with hotwheels? Doesn't need to be exact

Its usually a millage may vary situation, some might scale well with 1/60 scale figures, though depending on the vehicle mold finding a way to fit em' in is a whole other story.

Hot Wheels are unscaled and all over the place in relation to each other... There are rarer brands that run a bit more true to scale. I know the main focus in this thread has been ones in which the figures fit. Do a search of this thread for cars, etc. for examples...

in general, not really, it does not even adhere to 1:64 scale :D

You have a better luck with Tomica, it stated the scale right on the box, so look out for 1:58 - 1:62
