For some reason when i saw this i immediately thought of you @Spikeytigertron . I am not entirely sure why .

It's amazing how much of an upgrade the small face plate provides (let alone the 3D printed armor add ons). It went from relatively "meh" to a decent Diaclone police force representative. And, sure, the hand held weapon is nice but i think the stock grenade launcher attachment suits this look just fine.

I haven't bought this particular power suit because i've never been a big fan and thus didn't pay much attention to it. I'm rethinking that decision.

That’s really clever! Simple, elegant, badass! (Probably thought of me because I try to defend the Maneuver Alpha, many aren’t a fan- for find the head awkward).

It’s interesting that plarail is going the for the “realism” route… this can be a really good source for background fillers…

    IMG_2137.jpeg
nice background for the zoids display… I can totally imagine a Waruder fight going on in the background…

Might have to enquire with my brother about the costs of 3d printing, as I got a few ideas for parts for Diaclone..

Absolutely. I've viewed the 1/60 world this way for a long time now and i *still* get excited when i see something else that fits into this "niche within a niche".

I think your pictures are superb (thanks again). I find the Forging Soul mechs to all be a bit long limbed (they share the same core body) IMO but it doesn't detract from my liking them at all. It's a matter of how i want to use them that makes me notice the limbs more. As stand alone toys without any association i think the Polar Ape and Puffin are awesome. Especially the Puffin as it doesn't look like anything Takara has put out. The paint job that you referenced is the primary draw for me. It looks like what i'd imagine the mecha of an opposing human force would look like.

It's definitely on my short list of items to acquire. I should have bought one already.

    The hobby is life changing.

    That's not hyperbole.

It starts with parts. Then figures. Then entire mecha. Then non toy product (for some they start at this point). Eventually you're spending more time designing and making product than buying it.

Imagine printing the parts needed to convert this into a fully compatible 1/60 product. I'd be running over Waruder daily.

I'm just after some parts for attaching extra bits to my Waruders to kinda stretch their abilities, IE allowing them to carry drones, give them different legs options, etc..

    Edit: wait.... *is* that Bravern?

If so .... oh man :D . I'll be reading social media for the comments LOL.

Lol - I love how unserious Bravern is while also being tongue in cheek serious. Just fantastic tone.

Was the Lion-chested robot seen in the T-Spark announcement video ExKaiser? I only know GaoGaiGar well, and Might Gaine (from appearance), so the other Yuusha series are hard for me to identify on-sight.

This guy has really been the standout purchase so far for 2024… can’t stop fiddling with him.

I've been really curious about this set... the combiner jets from 52Toys left me a bit wanting... but this seems really solid.

    See? You're a bad influence.

Now I want to make a comic with pics of 2 hapless Waruderoids driving around in a PolyPocket (I know what I spelled) convertible making observations about humanity.

    *smiles*

@Matrix Quest should get a kick out of this.

I'm looking at the unicorn bike but i'm seeing this:

    Galaxy Warriors.jpg

I assume these Polly Pocket figures are roughly 1/60 scale figures.

If Mattel releases a version of this product aimed at boys , i.e. race cars and what not, i will bite.

    I WILL BITE

I believe those were closer to the size of G.I Joe ARAH figures...

Update: Yeah... So, I did a quick search and found a couple of listings saying those bikes with riders are about 4 inches tall, (as I was thinking).

Then, looking at the images of the others in the assortment, I realized I had definitely seen these before. They were very low-end 'push down and go' toys, that were attempting to make money off of He-Man's popularity. (I think some folks must collect them as international rare off-shoots, or something, which I guess is why they are apparently asking high amounts for them now.)
