It's in Hamleys (on Regent Street) and it's been there for chuffin' ages.

 

This, been there for as long as I can remember, it was a Hulk from the Norton era film before I recall.

It's c10 foot tall and has peter cullen soundbites.

 

For Example here is a photo of it on Google maps taken in Feb 2018 Google Maps and one from Dec 2017 Google Maps and July 2017 Google Maps etc etc...
