Sadly yeah. But you won't have to wait too long since Wave 3 is getting revealed between April to May. I forgot who's in Wave 3, but it's probably another leg.
Does anyone know why on the back of skyquake's box it shows a photograph of needlenose sitting on top of skyquake, both in their alt modes?
Well I feel like Metalhawk is the one I am looking forward to the most as the retool job is so good I can barely see Cyclonus in him and I like the jet mode too. Prowl is my second favourite of the reveals as it's something I have always wanted more of a more standardised version of Animated. And Crashbar is pretty sweet. Not super interested in the others I may get Skyquake to be a SG version of the G1/G2 character but I am more excited to see the G1/G2 character because it means Thunderclash isn't too far behind. I will probably get Crosscut down the line sometime I am just disappointed that they really didn't do a good job with his colour scheme I was hoping that the red wheels were an early production thing but between that and keeping the red stripe from Skids it's like they forgot who Crosscut was whilst making him.
Still blows me away that we're getting drastically mistransformed figures in stock photos and streams. Grimlock's legs are literally 180 degrees off from how they're supposed to form his dino mode tail, which is correctly depicted on the back of the fucking box!
Even though street date releases are subject to change, according to Amazon the deluxe and leader class sizes are street dated for May 1st, while core and voyager class are street dated for June 1st. Regardless, Skyquake, Metalhawk, Twincast, Shrapnel, Crossbar, Crosscut, Thundercracker, and Nemesis Prime will be mine!!!
Honestly not much in this wave that I want. I preordered Metalhawk and Crashbar. Cyclonus was so good that I imagine Metalhawk will be just as good. I will probably pick up Grimlock too just to continue the Volcanicus combiner. Little bit disappointing that he was the only new mold Core class in this wave.
Just yesterday I was looking at Kickback and thinking that the next insecticon is way overdue...and there's Shrapnell. Only assured purchase for me. Skyquake is interesting and definitely tempting, but I don't know what to do with him. Crosscut kind of looks good, but if I get one I'd prefer it to be the MP. And the others don't interest me. Except maybe Animated Prowl. Prowl is with Rodimus the only Animated figure I still got (well, and a Sentinel for kitbashing purpose). I could definitely see myself getting that one, or just wait for a repaint hoping I like that better.
Well, looks like more money saved. Just going to get Crashbar, and maybe I'll also get Metalhawk once both of them are out at retail. I need to collect all of the Junkions.
Well the stock photos we expect. The streams? It makes me wonder if they actually have handled the figure or at least the CAD for it.
Kinda disappointed they basically showed everything we already have seen for months now. The only thing that was awesome was shrapnel, metal hawk and twintwist would have been a surprise if they didn\'t show day before. fact they didn\'t show any ss86 figures was abysmal. Since most fans are wanting to see them. Not the rise of the beasts stuff we have seen. Where was snarl, brawn, ratchet and frenzy. They best release swoop this year as a surprise. For me, this wave its only shrapnel, crashbar, metal hawk. Debating on twincast because of rewind. Hasbro is either gonna release a 4 pack of blaster cassettes with him in it, and a new eject. Or only way to get rewind is threw twincast. skyquake looks great. So not sure if I want this version or the g1 repaint. As for the next wave, seems like it\'s beachcomber and deacon, the axlgrease, and hopefully bombshell
I get where you're coming from, but you do realize this is stuff that was leaked, right? They still had to make the official announcement.
No I get it. Just wished they could have mix and matched some of the waves around, with few new releases that people haven't seen, mixed with some that we have. Like crosscut could have come in wave 3 and say have bombshell and shrapnel in wave 2
Odds are its faaar to late to swap anything around in wave 2 at least. Pretty sure some of these are already in Port in the US.
haha, I'm only interested in the motorcycles and I think I will stop collection Legacy Evolution soon. I just can't stand the trend towards garbage alt-modes. I Just recieved Hotshot today and omg, that's the ugliest car mode I've seen. Prowl's motorcycle mode here is horrible, as is Skyquake's (in my opinion. I get the G1 homage). Not even interested in Dreadwing now from what I've seen. If Megatron's head will just stick out like his armada toy in tank mode, it will be a pass for me too
