The window is red, I just added some chill shading, look back at some of the pics his window is either red clear plastic or black clear plastic with paint over it

 

Look back at the in hand images his window is already red, don’t know how they did it but they did

 

the window is definitely not the same shade of plastic as the cassette bot, and if it is then it has been painted over

 

I feel like this is a weak batch of figures. Especially alt-mode wise. Not a lot for me today.

 

Shrapnel - follows in Kickback's footsteps, being a very direct update of the G1 design, if a bit bulky & blocky, and perhaps a touch larger than it needs to be. Not sure about how I feel about the bug legs coming off as guns.
Twincast - Pretty nice colors. Giving him the 'sinister smirk' instead of SG Blaster feels like a mistake tome, like Kingdom T-wrecks and his tooth-colored lip gloss.

Crashbar - not bad name. Not bad biker 'stache.

Mini-Grimmy - continuing the tradition of making them borderline terrible for the sake of combining. This one's kind of endearing in its badness, unlike other core dinos.

Metalhawk - I was expecting a remold of Jhiaxus or Armada Starscream, but building on the bones of Cyclonus isn't an unwelcome surprise. Not sure if I like it, but that ain't the toy's fault.

 

It's based on Mark Maher's face apparently, didn't watch the stream much but TFwiki did say that.

Yep, 100% a Goryu pretool. Grimlock's leg mode looks like Goryu in leg mode, similar proportions too.

I can see why people are into this line but it just isn't grabbing me. I already feel like I either already have a figure of that character that I'm fine with, or I already have the mold as a different character. The only figure I'm getting from today's reveals is core class Thundercracker to complete the core class seekers.

However, I might get the Dinobots and give them to my nephew. He's turning seven soon and I've been wanting to get him a combiner these Dinobots seem perfect for him.

 

Yes the other core class was a black repaint of prime and then thundercracker as the third

 

No offense to the artist, but Skyquake should've had the Minigun on the art instead personally.

Yeah, I didn’t realize that until after I went back and looked closer.

 

The only reveal in legacy I legitimately liked is Metalhawk, even if his jet is scuffed. Fortunately he's not a compromise central of either inner and shell, so that means that there's a possibility that someone might give enough of a shit to make a compatible shell.

Grimlock is whack but I like him, will get him because he's kind of interesting as he combines. TC is a pass since they messed up Skywarp, and I hated the Prime mold and not even a color scheme made by God himeslf can fix it.

Shrapnel is sale material, looks alright.

Twincast is a pass if my friend gets his lazy ass off and ships the encore one to me. Still pretty nice looking though.

Prowl is the original toy but with a awful bike

For the junkion bike guy, I've nothing complete apathy. Looks decent but I just can't get myself to care after intereacting with Scraphook.

Crosscut is just the flirting vs harrassment meme compared to the MP. Simply an atrocity, with wrong colors and the car mode looks like micorwave aluminium foil, and the red wheels are gross.

Probably an ok wave sans some very big exceptions, just not my thing for the most part.
