    They look much larger than they seemed. I didn't know they are ever taller than FP breakdown.
    Also the blister style packaging doesn't look cheap at all. The card is fully covered by the clamshell so you don't have to tear it off .

    Looking forward to these guys. They looks squat, powerful and mean, kinda sorta like dwarven Transformers, and pretty much how I always envisioned them.

    The guys over at MMC said they'ed ship mine out to me on the 10th (part of my payment for the box art). So, I'd say pretty soon.

    All in all not shabby. Wonder how are they quality-wise. Hopefully these guys are solid... and that MechIdeas can keep with this price model too... really, it only benefits us if they can profit with such prices... and cause other 3rd Parties to follow suit.

    It takes all kinds to make a fandom turn. Those two are tweaks on the same base mould, with two colors of plastic and minimal paint. I have no COMPLAINTS, they look just fine, but if you want... I dunno, a Quakewave or the MMC Hearts of Steel Airbone Squad, it takes a lot more effort and finish to satisfy, which results in those inflated prices.

    There is so TOTALLY a place for more guys like this in the third party market, but if Apex and Geminus were all we had, we'd miss those epic combiners or near-masterpeices really fast. ^_^

    ....oh HELLS yes. never made that connection before. Spot on.


    Second...Love the bot modes. Strong dislike for the vehicle modes. Fortunately, I display 90% of my bots in bot mode, so no big deal!

    Third...whats with the shockwave car? More silly see through parts on robots, and this one has what looks like crappily cut stickers covering the doors? This, unlike the twins, is an easy pass.
