Hey guys, I've always wanted to make a bunch of kick-ass G1 desktops. Seeing how we can now submit to the board, I figure I'll give it a shot. Instead of PMing Admins all the time. I thought I would put all the ones I create in this thread & TFW staff could take any & all as they see fit. I'll be making 1 every few days, so check back often. After each update I'll post what desktops are coming next. I'll be using strictly art work from the MTMTE Sourcebooks. As I have Hi-rez scans of them all. Please no requests, I'll do my best to get to all the G1 favorites plus more. All desktops will be 1440 x 900. Be careful with your cutouts. I see a lot of white "fringe" on some of them. Otherwise, keep them coming.
I'll do my best, Looking back I can see some spots I missed in knees & "joints". Thankfully I always save as Psd's & Jpg's.
smart, took two F*** ups to get that in my head a reasonable fix is to feather the selection in Photoshop to help it blend between layers

Update, Fort Max added Thanks for the kind words & C & C guys. Fort Max has been added. I have gone back & reworked the first 3 desktops to try & remove any white fringe. I have gotten rid of the drop shadow on the foreground pics as I think it was making the white seem worst. I will be updating this thread daily, but after this post I will only "bump" this thread with a "weekly updated" post.
Those be the bees knees yo! Looking really good. Will definitely be pulling these for the next update.

I've flipped a few of them so far. I just don't want every one to look like a cookie cutter copy, even though the overall look & style are the same. I'll get to Prowl, No worries.
