First thing first, this is for a pretty, awesome, samurai outlook of AOE deluxe Drift in bot mode ONLY.

All my design is NOT make it movie-vise, NOT movie accurate. HOWEVER, if you like to have a samurai way of Drift, like me, this is the right place.

    De Metallikato kit [Shapeways]

it simply with 2 katana & parts of pair shoe. Flip up the original feet, plug the calf plate, ankle joints, foot together (the left & right ankle joint piece are different, but you will never place wrong), paint it & done.

More pics with paint app, with some assembly instruction.
hope you like this guy more.

    Instructions:
    1. Assembly as shown above, the feet & joint part are different.
p.s. you can curve out a bit on the side of the feet so that gives you more moving angle.

    2. Fold Drift's feet like this. you will find the connection pegs & holes.

    3. Plug in & step up.

what is stopping me from liking this is the shins. Is there any way you could design the shin to better resemble the already existing leg? Idea=AWESOME, but so far the execution, at least for me, is underwhelming.

My set should be showing up today. Can't wait.

These are more like shin guards the way they a fashioned. Like armor.

At lease that is the way I see this set anyway.

i get this while i doing this set:

it is no reason for me to make it as same as the figure itself. Repeat this once, i do this to make him more like a samurai that he should be, not movie/ toy accurate.

Thx, dude. At least Drift got someone (maybe just me & you) to love.
