Hi Everyone, This is Space Woman, the second model I recently completed. I built her as a companion piece to the previous Space Man figure. Also an homage, I really wanted to bring her to life being that she’s based on the first strong female character in the original series. But unlike the male figure, I took fewer liberties with her design, feeling that both her skin tight cat-suit and thigh high boots still have that contemporary comic book appeal-with which I’m fond of. With regards to personality, I wanted to make her appear more authoritative than the heroine she’s based –opting for an assertive stance to go with her stern expression, while still maintaining her femininity. She was a fun build and a breath of fresh air, as I hadn't been commissioned to model the female form in quite some time. I really hope you like her. I would love to hear your thoughts on the design. How do these compare to the MP-10 spike? MP Magnus has Daniel and Spike coming, but not Carly, so if they are at the same size it would be something I'd be interested in.

Very cool. Thanks bro!! I saw that man!! Komodo and the Space Monkey models too...Thank you much. And I'm definitely with you on the FUD prints. But dude, if you ever get around to painting them, please post them up somewhere- because truth be told, I'm seriously lacking in that particular skill. Thanks for the compliment dude!! Actually they can be any scale. Mini-figures seem to be the best option for these particular models. It’s funny because a friend of mine insisted on 1/16th scale prints of them, 5-6.5inch tall mini statues, to go with his Marvel Legends collection. And being that I couldn't resist seeing them in that scale, I had to oblige. They were ordered in the Full Color Sandstone, so when they come in, I'll post pics of them. As for the two characters you mentioned-one of them almost made the cut in this first set. But in the end she was beat out by Space Woman and of course, the next logical one was then Space Boy. But who knows? I actually intend on creating a poll for the next full figure model I build for my portfolio. I like it a lot--any chance of a bit larger version? May not be to scale to anything in particular (maybe MP-09?) but every little bit of extra size helps with painting! Also---hmmn, "human Arcee" is certainly a neat idea--but you gotta admit that "space overalls" is an awful outfit! Maybe do something like a hybrbid of this design and that---like if human Arcee had an outfit more like Carly's? Seems much more appropriate for a "space robot"----vs "space farmer".

Found it online by accident when trying to figure out scale for customs. Chip came with the art feather Goldbug. I've got him mp10 spike and the partners sparkplug on display in my collection. Would love a season 1-2 Carly scaled to the mp 10 figure. Then I can have them all manning The MP-10 trailer. Other ideas How about AGENT Fowler and June Darby.
Thanks dude. I never knew the TF Universe had superheroes i.e. Neo Nights and a flippin' Tony Stark look alike. If TF is the theme selected, it’s going to be a long list of characters to choose from. Depending on how many participate, a fan fav could win by just a few votes. Also, I may just have to simplify it down to two polls-maybe the first being a list of 80's cartoons/comics (i.e. TF, Joes, MASK, MOTU, Inhumanoids, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors etc.) then when the winner is chosen-just list a bunch of characters from that universe-then choose the winner from that. Yeah, that chart was an awesome find. With regards to my mini-figures, I based their scale on Dr. Wu's partners. Several issues I have to take into account before I start modeling something for print: Size, material tolerances, material grade, print cost and if it’s a miniature- how much of the figure's proportions am I willing to exaggerate (probably why RPG figurines tend to look disproportionate). But I'll go ahead and resize the Space Woman and send her off to print when I complete the polling model. And I'll make sure to include season 1 Carly and the last two you characters you mentioned in the poll as well. Thanks bro.
Here is mine all finished and painted up (Though I can see I need to go back and make adjustments) I removed the base and glued it to a clear plastic base so it would size better with the mp figures.
