Here's a suggestion, why dont you use a ROTF fast action battler jetfire for the jet parts? I think it would look alot since the original overlord was a modified blackbird anyway

A quick update here:

-Started working on the head using as base Energon's Bulkhead, there will be a lot of modifications and I'll make it look like Overlord's head as much as possible.

-Connected the Megashield onto his arm via clip on system.
-Installed the folding turret supports

And also..just to piss me off the inner legs ratchet things have become really loose due to the many slidings in and out during the making of the tank section...Now I'll have to endure to make it firm again and of course it will consume time and my patience which is actually running really low...rats! 

 

Update: 02/10/2012

Finished his head, figured out how to adaptate his shoulder cones, installed his abb guns, finished the tank turret and balljointed his legs and thighs, he is very articulated now so that he can even have a base mode.

Next stage: Jet, Chest and legs detailings, sanding and primer...That's it. Almost there.

Overlord is 99,9% done bros, just developing and printing a few stickers for the bot and altmodes and he'll be fully done.
