Universe Warpath (WIP)

    Commission (overdue of course) of Warpath. I wanted to show off Warpath's burly side, so I started with a Marvel Crossover Hulk figure. Made some extensive mods to it (you might notice the arms are swapped / and hands) I also fixed up the shoulders so they aren't spring retracted, now his arms can be posed outwards. The waist's spring was also removed, key for the transformation (entire upper half now needs to rotate 180 degrees) I built up a new chest which holds his cannon (mainly ZOID parts) His head is custom built from a megatron figure (top half) and a Universe Onslaught, installed on a ball joint (head folds into the chest)

    For alt mode, the turret swivels and becomes his jet pack , I liked and wanted the entire tank "back" to now be the "front" The cannon also is able to aim upwards via a hinge at the connection.

    Gonna throw some battle damage on him then... paint him up

    Working on one myself using this mold. We're going in completely different directions tho which is good. Looks absolutely awesome my friend! Always thought he should have some "power" to his stature.

    This hulk mold is awesome. Great choice for warpath imho. Eager for the painted version.

    Wow! I am contiuously amazed at all this Hulk mold has to offer...the dang thing just keeps giving and giving! I've used it for 2 or 3 customs myself! No wonder it's so hard to find LOL.
    Leave it to you F_R to come up with yet another awesome use for it! I can't wait for the color pics! Your paint skills are really going to make this one come to life!

    thanks man. I was asked to do a Warpath custom, I instantly thought... tank ....hulk. The mold has so much potential.

    The Hulk mode has already proven itself as an awesome base for a Megatron, and now as a Warpath...and then there's the Classics tank Megatron from the 2-pack that has proven itself as an amazing Warpath...Hulk, Megatron, Warpath...I think all we need now is for Has/Tak to give us a decent Warpath so we can start customizing it into Megatron and Hulk LOL!

    That's pretty awesome. This mold has so much possibilities. Hasbro needs to do some retooling and bring it into the TF universe line so we can keep chopping it up into cool stuff.

    haha, you're right. I wouldn't mind this mold in Hasbro's plastic though...the marvel crossover's plastic isn't as good...

    Looks good. I'd say it looks more like an Animated Warpath though. That's not a bad thing though.
