I said that I would post this after work and I am. This was made from an alien panther and one of the red aliens from alien ressurrection. It took a while to make. I used an Animated Waspinator. For this guy's design I just thought what fitures of aliens do I like. I liked the Alein panther head, main body, shoulders, and hips. I like the red alien's tail, hands, and feet. I like the splitting effect from Waspinator's arms. It reminded me of the doctor for the new lost in space movie, where he became a human/alien spider hybrid thing. The head was inspired form invader Zim tech. It has 6 arms in robot mode. the spikes on his wrists are from Blackarachnia and the joints in the wrists are from a B Boom shoulder. So what do you guys think? What should I name it? What color should it be?
I think naming him either Xenomorph or Alienator would be cool. And how you made this is mind-blowing. WOW!!!
That is 2 names on the possible list. I was also thinking of calling Xenomorph, but I thought that wasn't good becouse it is the name of the species. In my mind it is kind of like calling Leobreaker Lion. You know what I mean. I then thought why not call him Xeno, short for Xenomorph. But I will wait and see what others suggest for a name. I don't quite get what you are saying. Dude you should so make a Transformer for Acid Wing. You don't know how good it feels to make the character that goes with your user name. I made a Cyberslam and it was really great. I could so make that, but I wouldn't reel right making him and I don't want to go into another series just yet. I'm already working on my mutant dino team series thing. But an Alien series would be a cool idea.
Seeing u used the mcfarlane ressurection alien i should say the brown/red But if you want the classic alien feeling go for black with blue
Thank you. I was wondering who made that alien parts. And I understand what you are saying about the painting it. I have trouble deciding what to paint things. That is what the poll is for. I'll let you guys decide. I will let the poll go on until I am ready to paint him and which ever one is winning I will use that theme. I'm just indecisive at the time. Who knows I might just decide to do what I was originally going to do and paint it like the original toy, but as I said. I'm indecisive.
Beast Wars Acid Storm! (Alternately: Jawbreaker, Snapdown, Xenobreaker, Nightstalker, Whiplash... man, I've got a ton of 'em. I like coming up with TF names, what can I say?) Seriously, though. Your name is one I always love seeing pop up here, because you've ALWAYS got something that will be interesting to look at. This is true kitbash zen - the ability to take some *totally* unrelated materials and smash something cool, unique, and visually striking out of it. You should do something with a My Little Pony next. (Oh, as far as colors go? IMO, the creature parts probably ought to be a glossy black, with either a dark dark red/brown or deep blue wash and a lighter gray dry-brush on top, then all gloss coated so it's nice and gross and slick and shiny looking. the parts that are only visible in robot mode, I'd go with silver, red, or blue as a base and work up from there.)
My little pony transformer. Only if someone payed me. I like making transformers that you haven't seen before. And if this guy was in the beast wars he would totally destroy everyone else. I wouldn't want to fight this guy or have him on my side because of the same reason. Acid blood. He gets hit with a blast and his team mate got acid on them. that would bit. And as I said before I'm letting you guys decide the painting, and thanks for the suggestions for the gloss, very good idea. Th only problem with our suggestion is most of him is visible in beast mode. In fact there is not much of a transformation to him at all. And by the way, I was thinking Beast Wars Shockwave.
Xenomorphs totally own transformers imo. Theyre second mouth can pierce trough metal, indeed theyre acid blood bites trough metal and dont forget that sharp tail and agility.
Yes, they would own them. the only thing I would hate is if I was a transformer with this guy on my side, next to me. I would so die if he was hit with a blast. You know what I mean.
Don't be sorry. It wasn't a misspeak in my opinion. in my mind, Fembot = Female and bot = male. And to answer you question I'm not sure. I want this transformer to be like Animated Waspinator and Blackarachnia. A fusion of organic and robotic. Like there was a fusion between the alien and the transformers. So what I'm saying is I want it to be the same gender as the Aliens from the movie, the only problem being that the aliens are kind of sexless. So I'm don't know. I think that If this could be I might make it female just because I want some female transformers in my series, not all male. But then again I might make it sexless, but who knows for now. I'll probably decide when I finish it. I know this doesn't really answer your question, but you have started some thinking in me.
yes she was cool, but my personal favorite was the panther. I will think about starting an Alien series based on the old toys, but I just wanted to do one alein for now.
Remarkable likeness. Really impressive work so far. A little bit of sanding to smooth out the putty and you are golden.
