What's weird to me... I kinda wish the MP line hadn't become so mainstream. It's getting stupid seeing every five threads and/or comments started being a "I'm jumping on the MP bandwagon!" or "Does this fit in with the MP line?" or the "Here's why I'm right and you're wrong about the MP figures!"
You know what I would rather have? A giant pink Simpson's style donut for the spare tire cover and either Homer drooling on the bumper or the Lard-lad guy under it "holding" it up.
It's Kentucky, so there has to be a random piece of indoor appliance outside. In this case, a refrigerator... But I think it's strapped to a two-wheel dolly implying it may be in the process of moving... maybe: [IMG]
Good news, Shafter and Axis appear to finally have arrived at TFSource. Now all I lack is shipping the stack.
You should see the Stig's Chinese cousin. Anyway, it does help explain why all the folks going "Why doesn't Hasbro sue?" are pretty much just pissing in the wind of dreaming. And as for dreaming. You dare say I'm not starting a revolution through suggestive thought? The nerve, sir!
See, what it is here... is I plant an idea. Then there's this. And then... people who argued against it think it's their idea. And the tide shifts.
In the yester-years of Alt Meister's release, I posed an idea that stereolithography would make an awesome medium for creating clean add-on pieces for TF customs. I was told, "not possible..." and given any number of reasons. And now, there's a whole damn web store growing up out of it. It makes me wonder if I can get topless bumper-boats into a competitive sport after all.
Aw, you responded on your page. But yeah, looking back at them now, there are things I could improve upon.
I actually sculpted two different heads for Imperfect. The feral roar and a more docile face: [IMG] And I stole his wings from a Mega Bloks dragon. [IMG]
And now out of order: I had also wanted to work on Nemesis Enforcer but making him more primal [the work of Ivanov supposedly about breeding apes with women]. This is more like a Nemesis Imperfect: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
So we had mentioned something about sculpting at some point: I did my own Golobulus waaay back adapting his origin to be less Cobra-La-ish. In my take, he was just a Russian scientist following the work of Ilya Ivanov to create super soldiers using animal gene splicing back in the wild west era of genetics. Then this happened: [IMG] Resulting in: [IMG] And so on below.
[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] At one point, I intended to do the floating pod thing. Then I didn't. But the torso/up is still detachable from the snake base. [IMG]
