Nah, I was talking the HG. Space is kind of at a premium on my shelves (need to reorganize my main Gunpla shelf to get rid of some old crap to free up room as it is) and aside from trying to get a Vent Savior Gundam, Blue Frame Astray best version (like, Second L Revise or whatever), or a "Phase Shit Armor" Freedom Gundam, most of the suit designs I really like aren't offered as MG's anyway.

Thunderbolt Zaku I ("Construction Zaku"), AGE-1R (AGE-1 + HLJ exclusive "Razor" parts), Sengoku Astray, 1/48 Scale Ju-87 B-2 Stg./2 "Bulgaria" Dive bomber, Lightning Gundam (+ the waverider pack, obviously), GP-02a (either original or the gray MLRS option, leaning toward the latter because holy HELL do I want a normal GP-02a RG kit), Cheese Gundam, RX-121 Advanced Hazel, and maybe something from Armored Core. I really like unique builds of awesome, unique things, and it doesn't need to be Gunpla, so I'm open to anything really.

aaaaaaaaaand it got shot down when it turns out it's going to cost over $100 no matter what I do for either the Rex or Hildolfr. Back to square one, there :lol

      Thanks anyway!

The only MG I really would be interested in is the Master Grade Musha Gundam, simply because it looks so unique and awesome. Frankly, I want to shift away from the borderline super mecha/real robot line that Gundams normally tread and go more for realistic stuff, like the Hildolfr or the Rex. And frankly, after reading your review, I'm probably going to go for the Rex since it's slightly more expensive (and the fee is being waived for me on this) and I don't need to go too far in the detail paint work to make it look awesome. The Hildolfr is truly more of a tank, so for when I eventually get around to that monster, I want to really do a professional grade job such as realistic weathering and airbrushing (because from what I've seen, the plastic colors are shifted more to dark olive green than a green-brown), and the decals look like they're gonna be a real pain in the ass while Rex doesn't have any.

Yo, given you are the only human alive who I know has built the 1/100 Kotobukia MG Rex kit, mind if you can help me make a decision? I can get a large model for a Christmas present (though not necessarily at Christmas given restock estimates), and right now it's lined up to be the 1/144 EX Hildolfr, but comparatively the 1/100 MG Rex is about the same price range and I'm not aware of any other offerings of that magnificent violation of the Geneva Convention at a similar, suitable size (I'm not concerned about it being out of scale with my 1/144 Gundams, since the larger size will help make those details stand out even more). I'm trying to locate your review of the build, but any other suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Holy crap! You're Rob at CDX! I never knew!

Hello Rob! How is the skill level 3 master chief sprukit? I have not seen anyone else online with/reviewing it.
Did the kit perhaps come with a brochure showing future sprukit releases?

      I don't raise cows.

But we do have a lot of open range Cow Fields so that's good. I see them all the time.

Free Cows make the best burgers.

      No problem. :)

So, what's your favorite era of Gundam? Mine is the Universal Century.
