Eh, I have no problem with lowballing (if anything, I`d argue that if you`re listing shit without a price that has a defined value that you`re pretty much asking for it), but I do think certain things come with it, many of which involve getting received in unfriendly ways.

Plus if you`re patient enough & willing to go through a little more effort than simply waiting for others to come to you, one can basically find anything they want for a bottom end price, but you`re just gonna have to do much of it on your own. I dunno how else to say this without coming off like a dick, but you know what I mean hah
