Definitely! I've always kind of wanted Teletraan to have a bigger role in TF media, and I think making him a full-fledged AI would be great.

I personally like the idea of Teletraan evolving over the course of a series. Have him maybe start out largely faithful to his classic portrayal, but have him show more and more personality over time. Maybe this could culminate in him becoming a full-fledged Autobot, especially if the Ark gets destroyed.

Unfortunately, I don't. :( I only know of two dedicated TFW servers, but one of them is way too hectic (I left after like a day lol) and the other one is really slow. I don't know of any other TF servers that aren't related to TFW, sadly.
