My anxiety has been acting up. For the last 2 weeks I've been having extreme pain in my lower back from fractures I got long ago, I couldn't get out of bed from the pain. I have a docs appointment tomorrow. Hopefully he can help.

Like I said in the thread, I've had many experiences with ghost. Most experienced is my dad. He taught me never to fear them.

I've had experiences with spirits of some sort as well. There was one that scared me shitless.

I'm a fraidy-cat anyway but there was no way it was a bad dream, or sleep paralysis.
