Yeah, that is considered CHUG+ as they are all basically set in the scale of CW Magnus. They all mostly hits, I definitely recommend it now as they have just been killing it recently with figs like Chromedome, Rewind, Guzzle, and their incoming Orion Pax.

Well I'm sure that the ps3 version works fine, I played it on my xbox one using backwards compatibility, so I wouldn't really know. But I don't see why it wouldn't work well on the ps3.
