I think part of the reason Iron Man needed time to grow on me was because I kinda watched the MCU out of order. Winter Soldier was actually the first movie I saw, and I didn't see Iron Man until quite a bit later.

Yeah, I'm still blown away by how great he is. Really hope we get a Nemesis Prime repaint/retool from that mold.

It's more like obvious, I would love too a downsize of the Leader Class NP headsculpt on him, that would be sick.

And I agree, that he is quite a nice figure to handle, pose and transform, not to mention that he looks pretty natural in a walking pose.
