King's road in Quarry Bay (near Shipyard lane) - the scene where Optimus and Grimlock ride down the road. Side roads behind it up the hill - Optimus comes sliding down the hill on Grimlock's back.
Central and Admiralty - Bank of China building, walkway next to Bank of China building, Legco Building, etc. Note that a lot of the scenes purporting to be this area were filmed on location in the USA and don't exist. EG the Victoria's Secret Tram and intersection location are fake. However do ride a tram as they are cheap and fun in non-peak hour.
Kowloon has several locations (NOT to be confused with the Kowloon MTR which is nowhere near film locations other than Western Kowloon Park/ICC) but I don't know exact street names. Most are around Kowloon Bay near Kowloon Walled City if memory serves.
Premiere of the movie with giant Optimus took place in Tsim Sha Tsui on top of the promenade next to Star Ferry should you be interested in that aspect as well.
