    Nice haul man !!! I see alot of exclusives :) .

    Can you or anyone post some high red front side and back pics of Aftershock ? i need to paint one up for the head I got as I missed the painted figure. So far noone has posted what color paints were used on him and where so Im going to have to try my best to match them. Thanks !!!

    p.s. I think I have Charticon Postpartum Depression. I need to get to another con :) . Absolutely cannot wait for Charticon 2015.

    I can't wait until I can do this again. Sucks that it has to be 2 years away, but it might take that long to build up the money to spend.

    BTW, I'm surprised more people haven't posted convention reports/write-ups/whatever. I'm curious to hear other people's stories from the con.

    Here's one of mine: A guy from the GetRightRobot team (tall guy with a deep voice, I unfortunately don't remember his name) noticed the Bludgeon I was getting in trade from Megamus, and asked if Megamus had another Bludgeon helmet. He didn't, but I remembered seeing one at another table (the one to the right of Ikkstakk's table). The guy was so grateful he gave me a small GetRighRobot item (I unfortunately have not been able to find it in my boxes since I got home :( ) and he ended up bringing some people to my room, including Jon 3.0, to take a look at the stuff I brought to sell. Made $60 that night :D

    theres not much to say . I flat out loved every second at the con. I have never been surrounded by so many people that "got it" . I cant wait to see all you guys again :)  .

    Not a problem, here are the paints we used, all were Testors Model Masters:

    True Blue Gloss (4657)
    Ocean Grey Supergloss (4866)
    Purple Pearl GP00356 (4643)
    Kandy Scarlett GP00364 (4646)
    Blue Angel Yellow FS13655
    Gloss Black FS17038

    To create the maroon we used 2 Parts Kandy Scarlett to 1 Part Purple Pearl.

    I liked your article. I really wish I had got one. Never going to a con before I had no idea how important the exclusives would be to me when I left. I got the landshark and its more important to me than anything I got there even tho I found a couple holy grails for me at the show. I guess because it symbolizes the show for me. When I saw people being handed aftershock in line ahead of me I thought "man I really should have gotten that"

    Exclusive toys really help "make" a show. The Landshark figure in particular was a masterstroke, a Sharkticon toy for a show that uses the Sharkticon as its mascot. As a dealer, I wasn't going to try to get my hands on one, but that doesn't mean I wasn't drooling over it, and Aftershock too. My secret fantasy is that there will be a "dealer exclusive" or somesuch for the 2015 show, or something similar to the 1996 Botcon Onyx Primal toy that had attendee, dealer and guest variations.

    Yeah, I'll forever be regretful that I wasn't able to get the Aftershock exclusive in its full packaged glory :(
