    I tried to do a order to store pickup today from a TRU that "had Soundwave in-stock". Placed the order and paid, two hours later TRU cancelled the order and refunded my money.

    So I drove to another TRU in town "that had him in-stock" and checked at the service desk to see if they had any. The woman at the desk started to say no but a stock boy cut in and said that he had seen one in the back. 5 minutes later Soundwave was mine. Woot!

    What a day of ups and downs with Toys R Us.

    Went through the order, only to have it cancel at the confirm page. I was THAT close!!

    Its not...its the checkout glitch still. It adjusted my cart to 0.

    Around 6:30pm pst I got 1 MP Soundwave in my cart, I logged in, typed in the # on the back of my CC, and site took me back to my cart is now empty. This is the closest I've been to purchasing one and I have been trying since that early morning AM when it first went live.

    I'm seriously considering throwing in the towel.

    My quest for Acid Storm continues. I thought I scored one with the check in local store thing. Found a store in stock, did the buy, confirmed. 2 hours later, it gets canceled/refunded. That minute it goes back in stock online. Get my order in, order acknowledged. Now just got an email saying there's a delay in shipping. It did stress that it is not a cancellation email and my Acid Storm will ship one they get more in. Fun times.

    I placed an order for MP Soundwave yesterday and everything went through fine. This morning I got this from Toys R us... "We regret to inform you that we were unable to complete your order. " This is like the 4th time already.

    I will keep trying.

    I'm from USA. Houston TX. I'm not sure why they keep canceling my order? This happened with MP Prime also.
