Who did you speak to in Dedham. I picked up 2 at 9:20 am and another 1 at like 8:45pm tonight

 

Convention markup is always pretty ridiculous. It's almost never worth buying something at any kind of convention. I can't imagine they're doing anything but shooting themselves in the foot though, since they'd move more product if they had it set at a more realistic price and wouldn't have to ship all the leftover stock back to wherever they came from at the end of the con.

 

You picked up 3 sound waves? Do they still have some? I was there Friday and the girl could not even find it in the computer and told me to look in other stores. Crap. I need one for kids bday present.

 

They have a full set of wreckers and the legend sized starscream and megatron at target in Saugus. No sign of trail breaker, pax or that wave.

Didn't see anything good at Salem or Danvers Targets, but Danvers had a full complement of Wreckers.

I was just at the Northborough Toys R Us and they have 1 Mp soundwave and 2 Acid storms after i bought 1 of each.

 

Leominster TRU had a Soundwave and 3 Acid Storms. Soundwave was still the normal $119 price.

 

God, I hate my store. Rather make the trek to Woburn. ... course that means they need to have them in stock tomorrow or Tuesday.

Done for this weekend. Scored 2 MP Soundwave and 1 Acid Storm in Dedham at 9:20am 3 MP Acid Storms left . Shot out to Kingston Ma TRU and picked up 1 MP Soundwave at 12:30pm left 1 MP Soundwave and 3 MP Acid Storms . Went back to Dedham after putting 1 MP Soundwave on hold and picked it up at 8:45 or so 9 MP Acid Storms left. Then today Shot out to Brockton and picked up 1 MP Soundwave left 2 and 5 MP Acid Storms 4 on the racks and one up top in the hidden compartment for overflow. The first 3 are all spoken and paid for $128.00 The last one is on hold for a brother who rolled up from RI for our group meeting. PM me if you need any help happy hunting JETFIRE-XL out.

 

Toys r us online has store pick up for Dedham. I hope they do what they said.

 

Out of stock now. Only store that still has it for pick up is Auburn.

Damn, that sucks. I got my ok to pick up email. They are not open yet, so I'm really hoping I get it.

 

Once you get that email, assuming they've done their job right, you're golden. You've already paid for it. They've should have set it aside at guest services where it can't be purchased.

If you get there and they don't have it, bitch up and down at a manager, and get corporates phone number. You'll be taken care of one way or another.

I just bought one for pickup at a location in Springfield. 88 miles(1 2/3 hrs) away. Still anxiously waiting for my email.

 

According to TRU.com MP Soundwave is in Stock in Framingham and Dedham

 

He's in stock for 'ship to home' on the site right now, in case anyone can hurry and get one before that batch sells out.

EDIT - Sold out now. For anyone who is looking to get one from the TRU site and are online most of the day, there is a Page Monitor extension for Chrome that you can have check the page constantly in the background to see when it's changed to in stock. They seem to go up in small batches and sell out pretty quick, so you'd have to jump on it once it's available.
