lol my mp-01 has never fallen over lol. I have three of them. One MISB that my wife bought me for my christmas the year it came out (which also sparked me to get back into collecting !!! LOL. One I got complete with destroyed boxfor 8 bucks from a thrift store old stock about to be tossed cart. Then on vacation in dc area found one for 45 bucks mib but missing the axe and megatron. Apparently im meant to have them all eventually.

Probably a stupid question. Anybody else think it'd be awesome, if Takara/Hasbro came out with MP Devastator? I'm thinking seperate releases of each to combine. Around the general size of Sideswipe, maybe a lil bigger. Basically making Devastator the size of the FOC Metroplex. I can dream right? :D

Its not a dumb idea, no. It would be awesome. But to be consistent to the scale chart, hallowed be thy name, they'd have to be closer to seeker sized...or about a head shorter.

I might not even display him as Devestator most of the time. Having this on my MP shelf would be awesome:

I'd prefer they be MP-10 sized. But six figures at that height would span three years to release and eat up all the slots of that sized figures for each of those years.

Holy crap. I just opened m-10b and everyone is dead on right about him. AMAZING paint job. What a sexy beast. Not one picture, even tho many are awesome, truly does him proper justice.

Also love how much tighter everything is than my Hasbro mp10.

Me too man! I think he's still totally bad ass. If there was only one transformer I could keep out of my collection it would be mp-01. Just an epic figure. Hell, when I unbotton my shirt mp-01's chest appears.

There's no way I could resist those.

But, they must be this height. It's just how they were *bows to scale chart*

I know many of you may disagree but certain figures I consider to be near Masterpieces, like the following below. But first I ask if anyone in here also think of some as that,if so which ones and why?.Now here are the ones I would consider MP's.

ROTF Leader Optimus Prime, sure he's not as detailed as an official MP but his complexity does.
Armada Unicron or his other repaints.
Cybertron Primus I mean come on how can you not consider him one.
Generations Metroplex sure he may not be as MP-esque as others but he does have a major G1 Vibe about him so I will probably classify him as one when I get him in a few days.

So again which ones do you consider Masterpiece even tho there not?

I wouldn't consider Generations Metroplex to be Masterpiece at all. If it was, it's alt mode wouldn't look like a robot slumped down. I mean you can still clearly see it has hands when it's in alt mode...

I definitely agree with having him in scale. I'm a scale junkie myself. But I wouldn't mind at all if each Descruticon were say, in between Sideswipe scale and MP-10 Scale. Just enough for Devastator to be in the ballpark of being the correct size.

Well on that stand.. you don't have megs feet transformed correctly in the shot.

Perhaps it would help standing a bit :)

I'd say Buster Prime, Creator Primus and Destroyer Unicron are pretty darn close to Masterpiece quality, but not Generations Metroplex.
