so on level 7 of the hard missions the game wont even give me the option of capturing any of the enemies... now this is on 7-1 and i am concerned i am going to lose a chance to capture sw....

 

but holy shit by not giving me a chance to capture the enemy it is also screwing me out of my rewards ie... my regeneration of the bcs....wtf mobage....sending complaining bitch mail now

That's the good thing I'm noticing about this event.

Yes, I have spent too much money (so far maybe around $100), but, everything I have gotten has been guaranteed stuff except for weapons.

I'm sitting here with a fully maxed out Eject, Blaster, Lzerbeak, Ravage and hordes or Soundwaves. No halves! And I should have Prowl and Nightbeat coming as well.

Not in real life, but in Mobage terms, that's a pretty good haul. How many people spends hundreds if not more trying to MTM just one T5?

Oh and I forgot the 200+ BC I was able to farm while catching SWs.

And haven't really played much. Might log in every couple of hours for one round on LV 10 and that is seeming to keep me afloat for now.

Nah, just bustin' yours. I spent 10 and have a full Laserbeak and Soundwave, and evo3 Eject. I'm good with that.
Thats some mighty fine farming, though.

 

It's the first time I've ever spent nearly that much and it's not something I plan to make a habit of! This episode just seemed like the perfect one to spend money on because things were near guaranteed compared to all the gambling that usually is the tier system.

 

I got to agree. I spent to get a 5 pack of chains, and to get Eject Evo4. I had decided to use the two point chains to get Laserbeak, because that way I wouldn't have any halves and could have a whole evo card. Then as I was playing though I caught 3 soundwaves, so I decided to get a 5 pack of chains. The idea was to catch 1 more sound wave and 4 ravages... however I some how got 5 sound waves instead.

So now I have
Eject evo 4
Sound wave evo 4 x2
Laserbeak evo 4

and a spare sound wave evo 1. Hoping to get 3 more from just junk nets. Not sure as to why you can't launch multiple nets at one time. Why not 3 or 5? Stack that junk. 5 nets might give a 25% chace... have a few of them fail and people will pop out the credit card in flustration to get their catch.

as for a better catcher, I would think a cryo-chamber would be a better catcher than a cage.

 

Feels like the net capture rates have been nerfed. I haven't been able to capture a single lowbie boss for some time.

 

Maybe you just got unlucky... The capture rates are low to begin with that sometimes you may just get lucky one day and unlucky the next, much like tier bridge pulls  

 

Right after their 3rd chain gift and boss weapons and maxing me soundwave and putting in all the cassettes he has for a soundwave family deck with a dp of under 8k for lols, best decision ever. Now I'm bored out my mind waiting for the next few days until I move so reading random game news, the boards here and mobages Facebook rage for laughs.

I know they are greedy but my god they don't try to hide it at all with the bc eating glitch, the super reflector and buzz saws beating people's 13k plus decks. I know love for transformers is strong but good lord stop taking this abuse.

 

I'm not thrilled with this update. I think the most un fun thing is removing the asking for help feature. It felt fun taking down a giant boss ( even if its only an illusion really ) but as it stands now just throwing cubes at a Soundwave til its dead and then having a 0% chance of actually winning something from him. Also Evolve Cards seem totally unbalanced versus older T4 and T5 cards.

 

Just got a random lvl 4 Trypticon from the free space bridge thingy...Yay?

 

I discovered 2 instances where I use net to capture successfully and the game actually deducted Chains instead.
I have since email Mobage this problem and luckily they re-credit 2 chains back to me.
So if you are successful with net capture, check also your chain inventory to ensure it is not deducted wrongly.

I noticed if I redeem 50 weapons, previously I can sell for about 72000 credit. Now it is only about 29000. Warrior medals's credit have also been reduced. So that means if I keep using medals to upgrade, it is more costly. I think transmetal should be use first unless you still have large amount of warrior/weapon medal.

 

Good for you. Always nice to see someone getting excited over Elite cards.  

 

It seems double credits/XP for upgrading/selling is currently set to Off for this Episode (it's usually on for the standard Boss Episodes).
