Schindlers List made all the more disturbing cause it's real. Martyr I'm not faint of anything and I still don't like to think of that movie.

Mostly all the Saw films are bad and the Final desination, I found the Wrong Turn film I saw made me cringe.

For all the blood, Kill Bill the first film was filled with all the blood gushing.

After doing what you said, I have absolutely no desire to actually watch that movie. Who even thinks of the messed up sexual violence I just read about and stays sane? I read that the director made it as a statement against political correctness. I hate political correctness too, but even this movie seems to go way too far and shows that just because you can show something in a movie, doesn't mean you should. It sounds like too much for me and I would feel wrong actually watching it.

In that case, Requiem for a Dream.

Gruesomely violent movies are typically easily forgotten, but this movie left me feeling depressed.

Robocop is up there for me. The extended scene of Officer murphy getting gunned down is very brutal.

    Cabin Fever.

Hate hate hate infectious disease movies with a passion. It just made my skin crawl watching it. I could watch the most disgusting zombie or torture porn movie a thousand times over before I ever watch Cabin Fever ever again.

This. I've seen it and trust me, it's not pretty.

Other cringe-worthy movies I have seen:

    The 120 Days of Sodom
    Kids
Faces of Death (more like documentary though)
    I spit on your grave
    Oldboy

There are others but I forgot the titles

I think I've seen almost everything that's been mentioned. The one film that seems to have had the most brutal, lasting psychological effect on me would have to be "Martyrs". Also, as a testament to how powerful a film score can be, the score to this film, by Seppuku Paradigm, on it's own, has the same effect.

As for pure visual brutality, I've always loved Robocop for that. Oldboy, Ichi, and The Raid all had some great moments too.
