Since the TRU Soundwave's instructions lack many of the special/hidden features and I couldn't find a concise thread with all, I was wonder if people can contribute some of the features not mentioned.

I know there are some storage options in Soundwave for some of his accessories, but I can't remember where they are supposed to be.

The Hasbro instructions also fail to mention that the grooves on Soundwaves shoulders and the clear ridge of each of his forearms can be used to hold one of the birds on them.

Also, in the below pic, there's a button on his back to push his inner chest back into 1 or 2 tape storage after you push it into his 3 tape storage.

And you can plug his sonic weapon thingie into his back in tape mode

Of course, but do you have a link to one that just has hidden features? The TRU instructions lack any of them.
Trying to save everyone time instead of skimming through a bunch of Youtube videos hoping to find what they are looking for.

This isn't just for me (mostly though   ), it's for everyone who's getting the TRU one as their first Soundwave.

 

Yeah... Stuff in the Takara version's instructions aren't exactly hidden features.

Think TRU Soundwave's hidden features are the abilities to be a TRU-shelf/storage ninja and the ability to enrich gasoline-stations...

Can anyone show me how the sonic tip and piledrivers are supposed to connect to make a surveillance post?

 

The pile drivers and sensor combine to make a jack for Soundwave's tape deck mode, if that's what you mean. It's the first picture on the first page of the thread. I have never heard of anything else they combine into.

Maybe a kind soul could simply post scans of MP-13 and the tape sets' instructions.

Edit: what are the clips on the pile driver backpack for?

 

Clipping onto Soundwave's forearm, as evidenced by one of the pics.

 

You can also clip it onto Frenzy/Rumble's back in robot mode (one of the pics)

 

Roger that. I thought i read on tfwiki that they combine to make a sensor post or something, but upon rereading it, they do in fact call it a jack
