You know, I'm glad I didn't really analyze the promos and clips that were released this past week. Seeing as they actually spoiled some parts of this episode....... Anyways, I genuinely thought that Bumblebee would die, and call me strange, but sometimes I like seeing Optimus losing his cool and just bashing on Decepticons or in this case, Megatron.

I would've been happier with it being Ratchet giving Megatron his GTFO gift. He'd been kidnapped, abused, beaten nearly to death and to have the old coot give the heave ho would've been a hell of a nice end note for Ratchet.

And now, with the ending as it is, I can say now that people were right to complain about Optimus. He's just one giant piece of useless. Nothing more than a living keyring used to unlock a world. Whoopity freakin' doo.

What a shame. Predacons Rising better be pretty damned good. If Prime were to end on just this episode...I'd be so disappointed and pissed. Even Animated, while rushed, ended pretty well. Even with loose ends, it was handled pretty well.

Impress me producers/writers, impress me greatly.

I thought in G1 the planet was technically smaller, but you could still argue it was larger because they build so far out. I remember looking at it and thinking, wow, those must be some amazing skyscrapers.

I might be thinking of a diff show, though.

Knockout planned to desert as soon the Autobots boarded, that's why he was going through his things and packing light and smart.

Besides Knockout do you think there are any other deserters?

The hell? This is the very last episode of Prime? Megatron dying didn't phase me a bit until I realized this is the LAST episode.

    I agree.
I really enjoyed seeing the look on Megatrons face when he realized this was his last hurray.
I've never wanted to see a Megatron snuffed out more intensely than TFP Megatron.

I liked watching his eyes flicker as he tried to force himself on. Then, him just sliding off the Saber after his spark died. It was a beautiful death.

As much as I loved this episode, I still think Tf: Cybertron had the best finale/ final battle, regardless of it being a not so good show.

    And...

Can someone help me turn the last two into a .GIF that works as a sig?

Well he did fall onto Earth, so he might come out as a Galvatron.

I'm rather indifferent to Megatron dying; it's just lost its impact because Hasbro is unwilling to kill Optimus and Bumblebee, so now it's kind of one of those expected things.

    Optimus did die.

.....Only for Smokescreen to revive him. So basically, he was dead for as long as he was in Animated.

And I believe I read that Optimus avoided dying in RiD.

Ok, that was one hell of a way to end the series. Fantastic end to a fantastic season that really saved this show.

    There's just one thing...

Bumblebee's 'death' was amazingly well done. Except for one thing. THey literally 'killed' the only character on the show I wouldn't give two jives about dying. Literally the only time in the entire three seasons he had character was in the two-parter back in Season 2. Most dogs in movies have more character than Bee did.

Now the actual execution of his death (and subsequent crowning moment of badassness) in this episode was fantastic. But I just wish there was more build up in the whole three seasons of the show leading to that moment.

But still, fantastic episode. 10/10. Great ending to a series that pulled itself out of its rut at the end.

That part where Bee offers to help Prime up?
I paused and for some reason Optimus' face inspired me to do this. Dunno why.

Does anyone have a screen cap of Soundwave struggling in between the 2 portals with his arms stretched out?

I like that picture, just looks cool. >.>
