Wow. Ok. Brawl just got a lot cooler given that it's a bunch of detail & complexity packed into a small robot, as opposed to a big robot sparse in detail and complexity. As $10 - $12 figures, Brawl & Barricade look pretty good. That old camaro Bumblebee better be a $7 figure though...compared to Brawl he's pretty blech.

 

Both Barricade and Brawl are love! Im definitely getting them. I cant wait for the day I see real police cars out of those Mustangs. haha.

Get the Barricade pics up. Can you tell us if it has any gimmicks that get in the way? Just give us a report of the arms, thats the only thing that worries me about him.

Actually, I think the toy looks pretty nice. Those minesweeper claws/grills/whatever jutting out of the chest bug me though. Is there any way to fold them out of the way?

I was thinking the same thing! It's not Megatron but he totally has the Megatron vibe. Megatron almost always has had an arm cannon with almost no other Decepticon having one(there have been a few I know). Speaking of old Megs, the production crew and writers have all said that Megatron will have a "big" gun. In all the leaked images so far there isn't one that you can see, so is it part of his transformation like G1 Galvatron or does he get it after finding a earth form? Where is it and is it as silly big as this?

PS Is Barracade as big as a Alternator? What I would really like is Robot/Vehicle modes in scale with the other Transformers in the movie.

 

Definitely more than just a passing resemblance.
