Thornton HAD 2 this morning....I am wondering if they are getting them daily...which would be odd. Maybe they have a bunch and only release 2 a day ? who knows ...

 

Just picked up a Soundwave (not bragging), I was going to take the other for you Dark Seeker but there was another guy there and let him have it. I understand driving a good ways and then to have an asshole grab both right infront of your eyes is not very pleasing.

And yes you do have to camp the door, know your TRU quick paths and be the first in to get there. If you don't sadly as a collector you will miss out to anybody else regardless if its a collector, scalper or a TRU employee grabbing it or putting it on hold.

You have one chance, just one at 10am. You can't just shoot over to another TRU due to another group camping those doors.

 

Indeed. I was going to get up and wait outside the Thornton TRU this morning (looks like I should have based on the post above), but slept in (it was my day off   ). That's the way you have to do it. Every time I have stopped by my local Target there is a gentlemen that waits outside the doors before 8am and heads straight to the toys (Hot Wheels first). Chatted with him briefly, nice guy.

 

Yea I got the other one! You dont have to make yourself look stupid and ant like you dont know what Soundwave is. Anyone who wears a Star Wars shirt knows Soundwave. No class I get there first and this fool moves signs aside and runs back there!

 

I am looking for a MP Soundwave if anyone can help. Apparently TRU in the Springs is only getting one case again. Not sure if they will get more but Never saw Prime at Retail.

Funny just talked to an employee at TRU about the same thing. The only MP I was able to get at Retail was Grimlock.

 

So, which TRUs have they been found at? I see people getting them but not saying where.

So here is what I am thinking,

Toys R Us, County Line seems to be getting 2 a day. Who knows when they will stop receiving these? It would suck to go camp for one of these and then they don't have it.

Phone calls don't seem to work. So how do you get this guy?

Sorry to hear you had a run in with another person. Unfortunately I'm in Washington at the moment and your accusation just makes you look bad.

 

That sucks. That's the one I would try to find it at, but there's no way I'd be able to be there at 10 or earlier on a weekday (work). Hopefully the website will restock these.

 

Just an FYI...traveling to TRU may not be necessary...call ahead..they say they'll hold it until the store closes that day...just call at 10:01am when they open  

 

How'd you get it before they opened? I thought they opened at 10 which would be 11 our time, but you posted at 10:24 our time that you got it.

Plus, looking through the Washington posts, no one has reported any being sighted there. You should let them know that you travelled to their state and had the first sighting. I'm sure they would like to know to start hunting.

 

I don't fully understand these guys on Ebay, opening up the MP Soundwave and only taking the 'other' 4 cassettes. Just pay $120 to get them from Japan...what a waste !
