Botcon 2014 location choices?

    rumor last saturday night at the dinner / casino night was some dealers over heard Brain talking to some Hasbro reps. Brain was qouted saying he got a rental car and drove up to Pasadena, Ca and sign the contact. This is what I heard thought the grapevine. Also no one knows if it as for botcon or for joecon.


    I know for a fact Brian walked talked to each dealer in the final hour of Joecon this year and asked how likely would you be a dealer at next years Joecon if it was out in california

    I'm pretty sure 2013 was announced in Dec. also.

    I would expect it to go east coast in 2014, mid America on 2015 (like Texas) and then back on the west coast in 2016 but since both San Diego and Pasadana are only a 5 hour drive for me and I have season passes to Universal Studios I wont complain if they have it in Cal. again next year.

    I remember they did it ONE year, at the dinner, and Brian said "We want to do this every year" (meaning, announce the next BotCon's time and location). Boy did they give that up.

    I can't remember which year it was...it was either when they announced that the next one would be in Rhode Island, or when they announced the next one would be that first time in Pasadena.

    ^It would be nine if they would just announce the location for the next year and the end of Botcon, like they did that one year. Please Ocean City, Maryland for 2014. That place is amazing.

    lol - that was so outta left field I LOVE IT! Though what's the closest airport to OC?

    I'm fully expecting next year to be in Pasadena.

    I just check my records, and the Town and Country changed my credit card to hold my hotel room on the 10th of December. I always book the hotel room for botcon on the day it get announced. So you are correct

    It was in 2010 (Walt Disney World) when they announced the location during the dinner.

    Seattle would be nice choice for Pacific Northwest people. The city can definitely hold it since the attendance at Emerald City Comic Con last year was 53,000. But one can dream, right? ;)

    where ever they easily get the voice actors and paramount to se the movie, I will fly from the UK for this
