    Interim report or no, the fact that Star Saber is in the lead has restored some of my faith in this fandom. Every retailer that had this "MP vote" posted as a news story on Facebook had it flooded with comments from people wanting another damn Optimus. I'm stoked, given Star Saber's sheer size there's no way they're going to make him to the proper scale with new MPs—the toy would be ridiculously huge. It'll probably end up being a size that'll work well with either MPs or Classics depending on how you view Star Saber's scale.

    Plus if he wins it seems only logical that we'll end up geting an MP Victory Leo out of the deal.

    Good thing he's in the lead. For me it was a tie between Maximus and Saber, with Armada Prime and Dai Atlas behind them. Shocked about Maximus.

    There's still a month to go, though. I'm estimating a late 2014 release.

    I've never heard of Star Saber really but I looked him up and that'll make a pretty cool Masterpiece. Be nice to see a different look that was selected by fans.
