Why don't they just make him create a suit of vibranium? And he develops technology that allows him to shrink/grow and talk to ants. And then have him become a herald of Galactus as well and then use his new powers to fight back saving Earth? And while you're at it, he gets chosen to become a member of the Nova Corps. And in his infinite wisdom, he creates the Stark's School for Gifted Youngsters so he can teach all up and coming heroes. ALL of this.

Well that's annoying. I guess we won't get Pym in the movies at all. There was going to be one but FF 2 flopped so they haven't really done anything with the Fantastic Four lately.
never said they're doing one right now, i said if they make one it would be part of Fox continuity and they're doing a new Fantastic Four movie in Spring 2015, its a reboot and part of the X-Men continuity

What? Those two series were never that closely linked. If anything I'd expect them to try a Spider-man crossover(yes I know different companies own them). She's a female? It's not like she doesn't have a history with the team she's just not a very important character. If they really wanted to expand the roster and add another female they should just get Wasp and/or Ms. Marvel.
I would be completely fine if Tigra got sent back into the Thundercat hole she crawled out of in the first place, never to be seen again in the Marvel Universe. I really don't see how she could be pulled off in The Avengers, no matter how updated her story is.
its because of the sucess of the Avengers, now that we know that a superheroe shared universe franchise can work, Fox wants to do a shared universe with what they have left (X-Men and FF) Whedon already explained why those 2 were not added in the same link where he tells that he wants Tigra

I don't read, or care about, Whedon's ramblings. I like the Avengers in spite of him, not because of him.. and he seems to be determined to ruin the second one..
Tigra, hm? I don't see what the problem is. I mean, I'd love to see Wasp and Ms. Marvel, but I have no problem with Tigra. What's wrong with updating and using more obscure characters? As long as they do it in a believable way (that is, as believable as a movie based on comics can manage), I'd be fine with it.
Iron Man isn't an interesting character. He's so pure, he's flawed but he knows it so hes better than everyone else because of how deep and machure he is. Same rule applies to Batman, who will be appearing in" Batman kicks the shit out of Superman to please the Tumblr and Leddit crowd" Pym is an actually flawed and interesting character because of what's happened to him and what he's been through. Whedon is under pressure by everyone to do what they want. The general public generalizes Pym as a wife beater, so he has to keep him out so Tumblr SJW's and critics don't complain about how misogynist the film is. Or he's just a white knight. Why are you bringing up Tumblr of all things? There are a bunch of people on there currently raging about how he won't be included. Those that don't know that yet are freaking out because they think this means he gets to show up even earlier which is evidently a good thing in their mind. I also noticed that most of the people talking about the fact that he hit her are hoping Marvel uses this opportunity to be respectful towards those with mental disorders.(They don't seem to have realized he's not showing up) Not seeing this supposed hatred of Pym.
