This new generation Metroplex feature so many detail that are hard to see with it plan stock appearance. I have given Generation Metroplex a total repaint from head to toe. The stock normal version was just to plain. This figure had being taken complete apart to give him the best possible paint finished. It has being painted into a true white color (classic white) more to G1 color scheme style. Suck adding the red accents colors. To avoid looking to similar as stock version; I have taken steps to weather him form top to bottom and all interior pieces. The weather has given this Titan a more define look to all it hidden details. I also have added additional access color to give him a new generation look with bright orange to mimic his fall of Cybertron appearance. I love working on this great figure and have plans for other ones
BOOOOOM!! that looks awesome. Just what the figure needed, nice weathering dude. Metroplex looks proper now!!
You know I think your paint work is awesome and it's no different on this guy except bigger ! Great job dude , it must've have taken a long time with all those details .
I never thought an already massive toy could look so massive! The depth that this paint gives it is amazing.
ok ok I will perform self degrading acts for this , pm me. (j.k. well maybe) so so beautiful man , i love every bit of this , im going to send hasbro a pic of this followed with one of me giving them the finger. Keep up the good work man.
Real nice work. I like how well you made the red lights stand out from the red details. I just can't make myself like the figure though since the city looks even more like the robot sitting down than the original from the 80s.
Thanks for nothing. When I get my stock Metroplex its going to look like crap. Seriously, stock Metro looks like an unpainted proto next to yours.
Phenomenal job bud! Can't wait to get mine in had to detail. Just a tiny nit pick from a new guy, with all the detail you've popped out of this, the plain bright orange in the pics kind of stand out as solid color blocks. Putting some glow effects on the orange might soften them a bit and add a little bit of the cohesion with the awesome detailing already in there. Just a thought on an already outstanding piece of art.
