This should be interesting, it seemed like they brought out their biggest reveals for Botcon, so it'll be interesting to see what other new stuff will get revealed. If anything

All I really want from these panels is some news that Hasbro can and will release the licensed car Masterpiece figures in the US. Beyond that I really couldn't care less if they make any more reveals. The rest could be just what they showed off at Botcon for all I care.

Prime panel:
-Will....Friedle? Definitely unexpected, and was hoping for JYB to return, but I do like the idea of Will Friedle lending his voice for the role. He did a great job as Lion-O after-all.
-Don't quite get the Scout to Warrior bit, but ok.
-Predacons Rising...all dragons...on Cybertron...sounds good so-far.
-I like the idea that it'll supposedly tie-up all the loose ends. There aren't a lot, but I imagine there'll at least be one left loose.
-Reflecting...reflecting...reflecting...names of the Predacons...Q&A
-"We'd love to do that" in reply to possibility of Dinobots in the next show...I'd love that too, just make sure that Snarl is the real Snarl this time.
-Continuing TFP through summer 2014...well, the toys probably will, but isn't Predacons Rising the finale to the show?
-Now it's tying up "most if not all" the loose ends. I KNEW it.
-"Predacons will rise...soon"...so...one of them is going to sound like Sean Connery gargling bricks? Optimus could be Batman, and Smokescreen is a good candidate for Blake.
-Next show a possible continuation of Prime, no surprise there.
-I actually kinda hope Bee is one of the continuing characters. Would be nice to have Friedle voicing a TF past the last episode of season three and the Predacons Rising movie.
-A little fear over loosing your job can be a good thing. Certainly makes most people want to do their job better.
-Seaspray...WAS going to be alive...WAS going to be Batman-like...WAS going to strike fear into his enemies with a nautical whistle...WAS going to be a bad-ass Wrecker...WHY COULDN'T THAT BE IS INSTEAD OF WAS.... 
-Seriously, I would buy every toy available of that Seaspray, and he would become my new favorite TF character. Lost opportunity Hasbro...lost opportunity...
-Stick around for the next panel? Yeah, I'll be sitting here...waiting...

Inbetween panels:
-I'm not a huge fan of him, but I would have approved of Wheaton giving the role a chance. Actually, yeah, bring him in as a character. Not Bumblebee, but I'm sure they could find a TF for him to voice.
-Predacons Rising airing on the HUB? Well gooooooley, that's certainly some surprising news... 
-Raph freaks over Bee actually talking. Yeah, I would too in his situation. You've been the translator for this giant R2-D2, and out of nowhere he starts talking? I'd be needing a change of pants, tbh.
-Vehicons are clones...I CALLED IT!...Now, can we meet the Jango Fett to these Stormtroopers?
-Knock Out is the Transformers equivalent of Dexter. Not too familiar with that show, but yeah, I see it. Wait...is Dexter gay?
-No additional footage, make sense, use your budget wisely.
-Kickback...never watched TFP...what is WRONG with you... 
-Typing on laptops suck. I most definitely agree.
-One panel down, one more to go...but now...I gotta pee.
-Kickback wants RID re-done? I would fist-bump you if I could.
-Ten minutes to go, took my pee break, and got something to drink. It is REALLY humid here (middle-of-nowhere Ohio if anyone is curious).
-Vertibreak is in Predacons Rising? Cool, adds more incentive to get the figure now.
-People want to know what Kickback is wearing? Kinda surprised that didn't come up sooner...lol

30th Anniversary panel:
-It's a three-way...interesting...all guys?...not exactly my kind of event.
-Transformers the ride...there's still news to share about this thing?
-Universe in fall 2013...assuming they don't dump all their progress...again.
-TFP's three emmy's...cool, but let's get to the real stuff.
-Prime and Beast Hunters, now we're getting somewhere.
-Legions, ok, talking about toys now.
-Lost connection, ok, that explains the silence.
-Nothing new so-far, ok, saving reveals for Generations maybe?
-Wait...Prime Bumblebee with G1 transformation?...What?
-Oh, ok, they're talking about the up-sized Legion figure
-Weaponizer Bumblebee will talk? Awesome, definitely going to get him now.
-Constructbots...and then nothing...maybe another loss of connection?
-It was, ok, now what have we missed?
-Eh...it's Constructbots...I don't really care if I miss that part of the panel..lol
-I'm going to guess that Rescue Bots is next.
-Wait, never mind, looks like Predacons Rising is next. Don't expect any reveals here, probably just the same stuff we've already seen.

-30th Anniversary, of course.
-Legends, start small and work our way up to the big guys.
-Tailgate and Sharpshot, can't wait to finally see them, especially the Reflector TM.
-Now for some Deluxes.
-Skywarp, Scoop, and Armada Starscream, looking forward to seeing their official pics.
-Voyagers, ok, now can we see that Megatron from the Grimlock mold?
-Whirl, ok...already seen him, should be interesting to see his official pictures.

-Metroplex is #1, no surprise there.
-Shockwave's lab is #2, that kinda sucks.
-PE Ultra Magnus is #3, ok, makes sense.
-Grimlock vs. Bruticus is #4, I thought this counted as multiple, but ok.
-The Asia exclusive Metroplex is #5, and their version of Shockwave's lab is #6, that kinda sucks.
-Asia exclusive BH Prime is #7...what's with all these exclusives being part of the "thrilling 30"?
-#8 and #9 are this year's Masterpieces...ok.
-Back to talking about Sharpshot, G1-ey goodness, though I'm vastly more interested in Reflector.
-Now the Fan-Built-Bot, been looking forward to this for a while now.
-Fembot Seeker? Ok, that's...interesting.
-Has a sword for a weapon, sounds good to me.
-Design is said to look awesome, I can't wait to see it.
-Windblade, interesting, if a little bland, name.
-Autobot?...ok, was hoping for a Decepticon, but...ok. Calling it a "Seeker" doesn't make sense now.
-Samurai motif, you officially have my attention.
-It's #30 for the "Thrilling 30" celebration thing, and won't come out till late next year? That kinda sucks, but...the wait will be worth it...right?
-Now onto the Q&A.
-No plans for MLP Transformers. Oh how shall we ever survive... 
-Just noticed the color scheme for Windblade. Red and black could be cool. That with the samurai motif makes me think Decepticon though.
-No plans for the other Dinobots in Generations, yet another shocker...*sarcasm*
-No plans for combiners, add that to the Dinobots and MLP news.
-And that's it. I really wish the people that ask questions at these Q&A's would get their head's out of their asses already. Hasbro is NOT going to give a real answer to any "will so-and-so be made in this-or-that toy-line" questions.

All-in-all a great set of panels. Thank you Kickback and everyone else who made the live-coverage and pictures possible. Have fun while you're there, and I wish you all a safe trip home when SDCC is over.

This is easily one of the longest posts I've made that wasn't a part of my failed attempt at fan-fiction...lol

 

Well I'll be hoping a G1/IDW style Arcee is shown. That's the most glaring deficiency in the whole G1/G2/Classics/Universe/Generations shebang, and arguably the most prominent character/design Generations ISN'T tackling yet.

Plus, easy tie-in with RiD/Dark Cybertron.

 

Crossing fingers for. New deluxe Rodimus, and chromedome! A guy can dream   hoping they show whirl!

 

This so much! It'll also be sensible if the line included a new Rodimus figure that's based off his design from MTMTE since a lot of the other figures have IDW aspects in them.

 

I'll have to check this when I get home, I'll be on the road during that time.

 

All of this! Also crossing fingers for more paint on that MP G2 Sideswipe. Fairly certain there won't be too much new news, however.

 

Aw man, I have to leave for work halfway through the toy panel, I'll have to wait until one hour into my shift to get any news about the toys that are worth hearing about.

 

That's interesting. They really liked the idea of the beasts and the mythology behind them.

So does that mean they were as dissapointed as I was when they basically ammounted to nothing?
