They probably put a stop to the ordering so they can catch up and make sure they have enough stock. Then they start again. Rinse repeat. Just my guess.

 

"Second wave" happened at about 7:45 edt. Lasted all of a few minutes. I was one that saw him available, but couldn't add to cart because it ran out.

 

No it was through my credit card. I know the order went through but see nothing not even the charge on my card  

 

The waves many time occur once they filtered out duplicate orders (someone trying toorder more than one) and decline payments. Once they work throu those stockusully goes back up. If you look at the waves it is typically very quick then sold out. This is usually because only a few were made available once the above were weeded out.

I was in the "first wave" and my order just switched from processing to items located in stock. Just need AC to show up and I'm done!

 

I believe they have no intentions to put up waves but there are buyers out there that try to cheat the system with the 1 figure limit per order and order multiple figures with separate accounts. So in essence, they have to process through the first initial wave 1 orders to see who has double or triple orders and then relist the ones that got cancelled. That is why wave 1.5 or (wave2) lasted about 5 minutes before the stock was exhausted again.

I don't know where you'r getting a minute from, but he was available for an hour starting at 520 till about 620-- the 1 minute thing was single pieces of stock from the 1st wave that were released

 

Hmm 2nd wave "Right back to an empty cart" confirmation does not appear to work. No money out of my account, no emails.

 

ordered mines in the first batch this morning and i just now got my confirmation ... coming 7/25-7/30 ... yes!!!!!!

got confirmation from the second batch!  

 

SW was in stock for an hour... from 5 till 6am.

 

Ok so I was told that if you ordered with paypal your order wont show up in your TRU account. So you have to sign out of your account and then click LOG IN again but this time don't enter your log in info , instead scroll down a bit to where you can enter in your order number and zipcode.. Type it in and you will see your order listed there located and in stock...

Thanks to the person that pointed this out to me , just wanted to pass the info on to those that used paypal and didn't know this as well  

 

What's up with Acid Storm. I don't think it'll sell out over the long run but it not even being in stock is sooo random.

 

That's about as long as the second wave lasted.
