With iGear's latest Minibot having arrived, I find myself slightly torn between the GDO version (Kup mold) or iGear's interpretation as the definitive, "Classic" Swerve on my shelf.

If only one can stay to represent this character, which mold would you choose?

Neither. I'm waiting for the legends one:

But if that didn't exist then the iGear one for me.

    Between the two, GDO.

But the new Legends toy beats both.

I'm all for the GDO version. The colors are just so sharp, but I dont really consider it Swerve come to think of it.

Despite the fact that the iGear version is more faithful, I think the GDO version takes it. The colors work well on the Kup mold. And that headsculpt is nice. Another consideration would be TFP's Sgt. Kup in Swerve colors with a Botshots Topspin head.

I like the iGear version, but it is far too expensive. The upcoming Legends version is the best choice IMO.

I really like GDO Swerve, but as others have said, he's more like an entirely new character than actually being Swerve.

    Upcoming Legends.

The GDO figure is really nice in its own right, but it doesn't really seem very Swerve-y (especially given the modern, re-invigorated IDW version of Swerve). Hasbro or the TFCC need to provide us with a nice official re-purposing option for this figure. :p

Just between the two in the poll, the GDO wins easily. Then again I think all the 3rd parties can officially SUCK IT...so I might be a bit biased...

That said it looks like it'll be worth it to just wait and get the new "Legends" class Swerve coming out in the 30th Anniversary Generations line. You even get a nice little targetmaster with him, and I think there's a good chance of Hasbro repainting/retooling this mold into Gears. That is if you'll want a Gears to go with Swerve...

    The upcoming legends figure.

However between the two choices in this thread, I'd go with iGear's Veer.

Count me in as another that's looking forward to the Legends toy, but in the meantime I'll roll with the GDO as well.

Upcoming Legends. Neither of the other two come anywhere close.

This is a stupid poll if you don't include the upcoming Legends Swerve. Fail.
