But you are still selling an item with the guarantee it is not going to fall apart. You would want your money back had it happened to you. However, when that happened to me, I told the seller that they only needed to refund me a half of what I paid to cover his fees and he told me he was giving me a full refund because I did not receive the product in the quality I expected. What I do when it comes to something like this as a seller is to list that it could possibly break and that the buyer must beware.
Gah, buying new Power Rangers toys now has me wanting to buy the new Gosei Great Megazord and the Black Lion Mechazord.
I'm re-watching the series now that I have it complete on DVD, and I have to agree, Bulk and Skull are easily the two most interesting characters. I remember getting a kick out of them as a kid, but it's been so long I wasn't sure if I was remembering incorrectly. I'm not as big as Paul Schrier was back then, but I think I could still pull of a decent Bulk. Problem is I don't know anybody who could, or would even be willing to try an attempt, at being Skull. My closest bet is someone I've decided to distance myself from just a bit... Any decently-priced Mighty Morphin Green and/or White Ranger merchandise out there? It turns out that JDF is going to be at the Mid-Ohio Comic Con later this year, and I want to bring something for him to sign. Edit: Speaking about Bulk and Skull, I recently found out something cool. The actor who played Skull, Jason Narvy, has a PhD in theater studies, and is an assistant professor over in Chicago: http://www.cuchicago.edu/faculty/communications-and-theatre/jason-narvy/
Actually it sounds like the Megaforce team will upgrade to the Gokaiger outfits, similar to how they did it in MMPR. Which means the zords will be adapted to the smaller scale we have here, possibly leading to a re-release of the previous zord toys, like the RPM or Samurai zords.
Here's your update for those who don't follow it: Power Rangers Megaforce will air until the end of the year. In 2014, "Power Rangers Super Megaforce" (kind of like "Super Samurai") will air, which features the second half of Megaforce where the Power Rangers receive their "Super" upgrade - whole new suits with the ability to transform in to past Power Rangers! So ... civilian form to Goseiger suit form to Gokaiger suit form. Super Megaforce will see all the Gokaiger Megazord footage, as well as introduce the Silver Ranger. There will also be the Mega War (their version of the Legendary War), though it is unknown at this time if that airs at the START or at the END of Super Megaforce.

Looks like the clips on Gabutyra are a real issue. One of the clips on the right side has simply 'lost' its grip. Upon further examining the clip, I couldn't find any stress marks or breakage. Its really odd? So what I did was stuff a piece of plastic between the 'wall' and the outer side of the clip and it worked. The clip could hold Steggo (name?) firmly. I'm kinda disappointed because in all these decades of Sentai collecting, this has been the first real problem I encountered. I guess there's a first time for everything! X)
SHFiguarts Red Ranger dropped into my Anime Export "POL" this morning along with my Green Ranger. Didn't expect it to arrive in stock so quickly. . . chose economy so got them both for about $68shipped.
These clips are pretty strong while they hold but I've had lots experiences with broken clips. Either on second hand toys (My Ninja Storm Thunder Megazord had quite a few before I replaced it) or even on new ones (My Gobuster Beet and Gorilla have some broken slips here and there)...
Yeah, the clips are strong and intact. There's no stress marks nor are they broken. Its just that it does not want to grab on the dinosaur limb. Thankfully, the issue is easily resolved - I cut out the plastic from the various packaging of my open toys and stuff them into the gap of the cover and the clip and it works! I'm going to continue collecting the rest of the dinosaur mecha but I doubt I will be buying any more Sentai mechas until BOJ gives us a better joint system.
Yeah, I suspect so. Anyway on the Rangers board, a poster claims that in Japan there has been incidents of broken clips. However BOJ does not ship internationally. What a bummer! :/
With the legacy morpher in my collection and re-watching the original series my PR nostalgia is at an all-time high. I didn't have a lot of PR stuff growing up, and I'm sure all of it is history now, but I'm starting to looking into getting some of it back. Firstly with the morpher I had. I can't find any on Ebay, and the few pictures of it I can find are from well...old Ebay listings. Was wondering if anybody knew what one of these goes for these days, and what the chances are of me actually finding one in decent shape... This is probably the best picture of it that I've come across so-far. Yes, I know, it's the cassette player morpher...
Hey everyone. SDCC is in five days, and I will be there in 4! I'm also confirmed to meet Jason David Frank on Saturday. Pictures, updates, and more will be at our sister site TokuNation.com. Hey Ranger fans. I've recently picked up a Thunderzord and have a couple of questions. Is the chrome sword and spear tip an early release only type deal? The one I had as a child and this one just have silver/bronze plastic weapons but I've seen some nice shiny ones in pictures although nothing of the sort on eBay. The other thing......in robot/combined mode, the red dragonzord has a hole on his back plate.....what is it for!!! Even as a child I remember this driving me a bit loopy as nothing seems to go there. I had hoped you could jimmy the staff into it somehow but there's no way it could latch on.
