I watched Brain of Morbius last night, it was very great! I know the 4th Doctor had a lot of scarier episodes, what are some other really good ones?

So is there any basis to the rumors that twelve is going to be a woman? I've seen this idea crop up a few times but I haven't seen anything that hints at it in the slightest.

Pyramids of Mars, Seeds of Doom, Hand of Fear, The Deadly Assassin, The Robots of Death, The Talons of Weng-Chiang, Horror of Fang Rock, The Invisible Enemy and Image of the Fendahl all have some scary vibes to them, some of those more than others. There's also Ark In Space, Genesis of the Daleks, Revenge of the Cybermen, Terror of the Zygons, State of Decay and Warrior's Gate that are all pretty excellent. All in my opinion of course. If I had to recommend any of them over the others for you, my favorites are Pyramids of Mars, The Image of the Fendahl, The Robots of Death and Seeds of Doom.

After rewatching The Mutants again, I had been rewatching The Daemons, Masque of Mandragora & Seeds of Doom for sometime, inbetween takes of all things Ultraman Retsuden & classic Sentai shows. :)

Been wanting to get some good fun in.

"Inferno" is my 2nd favorite story from the Pertwee era, I love Nick Courtney's performance as the alternate universe version of the Brigadier.

    Christian Prime,
"The Daemons" is my favorite Pertwee story, I can't wait to get the figure set with the Brigadier, the Master and the chap with the wings later this year.

"The Masque of Mandragora" isn't the greatest story of the Hinchcliffe years but still a lot of fun.

I watched "Remembrance of the Daleks" a couple of days ago which is probably my favorite of McCoy's TV stories.

It's just another one of those things that pops up every time we are expecting a regeneration. Someone will say, "What if he regenerates as a woman?" or an alien or black, or any other ethnicity, and then suddenly it becomes a 'rumor'.

The person I'm borrowing a bunch of 4th & 7th Doctor DVDs from has told me he wants them back soon-ish (no rush, but that I need to stop procrastinating), so I guess I'll be doing a lot of watching soon (been distracted by a number of things).

    What I have left:

    4/ Tom:
    Meglos
E-Space Trilogy (Warrior's Gate, State of Decay & Full Circle)

    7/ Sylvester:
    Paradise Towers
    Delta & the Bannermen
    Silver Nemesis
    Battlefield
    Ghost Light
    The Curse of Fenric
    Survival

Nice to see many of those as recommendations. ^-^

I kind of want him to just to see the fanbase explode. I feel like it would be fun to watch.

I'm fine with him regenerating as anything or anyone. As long as the writing is good! :thumb

Hmm...I'm trying to think of who could play a female doctor but I can't. I don't know a whole lot of actors that aren't big stars.

Another pic. I watched Vengeance on Varos and I have to say Colin Baker is very underrated.

That line sums up Tom's Doctor perfectly, viewers may not have known it at the time "Robot" first aired but by the end of "The Ark In Space" ( the 2nd story of series 12 ) it should have been clear enough.

Considering the way the show was being sabotaged behind the scenes during his run Colin did about as good a job as could have been expected.

It's a shame that he'll always be percieved as one of the "bad" Doctors by the mainstream especially when the likes of Smith get so much praise....Colin has proven time and time again in the audios that with the right material he's up there with the best.

I watched "Shada" last night and it's a great reminder of the genius of Douglas Adams....I love his idea of a Time Lord being able to send Morse Code via his heartbearts.

Just got The Second Doctor Story: The Krotons on DVD recently. :D

This is the Second time I've ever watched this story. And now I like the clear visuals and the sound is crystal clear.

Currently watching episode 1 at the moment and examining Figma Pit.

Colin is one of my favorites. I think he just nails the part. But honestly, even my least-favorite Doctors, I enjoy the heck out of. There's not a single one I consider "bad."
