Yhe irony of a customiser like FR, who makes a living off Hasbro IP - sending out a cease and desist is staggering.



I will echo what everyone else says about Nellie, hes a brilliant customiser and a top bloke to boot

my dealings with FR had always been a pleasant one. VERY long but pleasant and never saw any of his attitude.

i do however believe he never did him self a favour. running a one man operation and charging $2500 for one of his combiners. hmmmm WOW. plus he asked for half that cost upfront.

that would mean shelling out $1250 up front on something you might not have seen today that you paid for in 2009-2010. thats edging on illegal.

anyone who has dealt with me will know there can be a wait due to me mostly working a 50+ hour week at work and doing this as a hobby but you will always get your custom

ffs won mp05 on egay the other day and the seller is trying to charge me $80 odd shipping from the states what a joke trying to claim $40 is for import charges my end   might just have to take the unpaid mark on ebay on this one out of principle ..and betting if i did pay that it would not cost him that much and i still would get hit by parcel force

I do customs as well as Nellie, Nellie does have an airbrush though but I'm still proud of my work.

No it's just a total coincidence he happens to be selling the commonly known KO'd figures. He said he was just downsizing due to moving what more reassurance could you want ;P

 

Well, I've got a spare sealed FoC Blaster I can sell for a decent price. PM if you're interested. I'd probably choose Sandstorm out of the two though.

 

Is Fall of Cybertron Blaster ever going to come into shops at usual voyager prices? I noticed it on Forbidden Planet but it's out of stock.

 

That's a good question? I'm sure that hasbro uk said the newer generations were coming out over the summer? Don't know if it included blaster however.

 

Did they clarify which summer?

 

...and do Hasbro UK know what they themselves even mean by that?

I reckon the FOC ship has sadly sailed and we'll be seeing the 30yrs stuff  

(Despite H'UK putting SW on the cross sell for the Data Discs they told us we wouldn't be getting!)

 

Sandstorm is a great figure but I would go for Blaster as he has more memories.
Also as it's an older figure it maybe harder to find than Sandstorm and maybe Amazon will be selling him soon?

I love FOC Blaster and with some paint to make it more Takara like he looks even better!
