    About how long after that should people expect their newly exchanged figure? What's the policy on return shipping? With so many extras laying around, can said people make the exchange at Botcon?

    I just sent an email as well. Mine was fine except for one side of his helmet cheeks doesn't have the turquoise stripe... Looks very awkward...

    Seriously tfcc sucks at packaging, how much was paid for the set? I mean they may seem like little problems but people paid a premium for these figures, at least a bag to protect the paint from rubbing. I seriously hope takara or e hobby doors a release with better qc even if the paint is slightly different, rather give them money over tfcc, i mean i still have qc issue Dion and Sideburn that i never received communications on for replacements and it's been years.

    It would definitely make things easier for people. Do exchanges like they do with the con toys.

    Thats the weird thing about this shipment. FP usually sends the club toys bagged. They save the foam for the boxed sets...:/

    I don't mind waiting. Fully understandable if they can't respond til after Botcon...

    It really is a glorious deco... made me FINALLY *like* the RTS/G2 Prime Deluxe mold as a stand alone figure as opposed to using a Maketoys Tanker.

    But yea... I've so many versions of the mold, and the Scourge one looks great in alt mode that it's a damn shame to be stuck with one that has a big old scratch on top of the cab. =(
