My money would be on Jazz, since they can repaint him as G2 Jazz, like they are doing with Sideswipe.

 

Unfortunately that speculation is arrant irrelevant.
When original series had aired in Japan in 1985, each episodes have aired in a different order from US.
The reason why TRAITOR was uploaded is that it's a 13th episode in Japan.

I just remembered the other question asked at the Q+A.

Takara allowed a grand total of TWO questions from the audience.

The first guy asked about an MP Devastator. Hasui just said, "No, nothing planned."

The second guy asked about an MP Ultra Magnus. Hasui just said "No, nothing planned."

And that was all. The Q+A was as lacksluter and uninformative as the rest of the presentation. I gotta say the whole thing was a huge let down for me.

holy crap! the Prime-Beast Hunters cast in traditional anime format? but they still have no actual noses?  

 

I'd be most amused to see a Masterpiece Wheeljack sometime as I'd be wondering if to make the money from the mould would they be legitimizing (and naming) Marlboro Wheeljack as a new Character and also making a Decepticon Slicer.. I think there's plenty of people would bite Takara's arm off for a Transforming Lancia Slicer toy.

It would be interesting if they did get the License to Lancia if a G1 reissue would follow on too or if they did get the Porsche License or the VW one would it make it one heck of a nuisance for them with regard to prior moulds that resemble Beetles or Porsches but were unlicensed.

 

I love g2 sideswipe, but would prefer a red head.

No. Jazz would indeed be awesome, but honestly I could handle any member of the Ark crew. Bumblebee, Wheeljack, Mirage...none of those would be disappointing.

 

Cue for 3P companies to start making a G1 Magnus. (as in from scratch with a properly boxy G1-esque cab, not a ridiculously huge gun for Classics UM that also includes some armor)

 

I for one will not get any 3P add on for MP Magnus, thanks.
