    I saw a picture of a Voyager Hardshell, but it turned out to be Commander Hardshell in a voyager box.

    The picture you refer to was an April Fool's Day joke, that photoshopped the Cyberverse toy into a Voyager class box.

    There are as far as I am aware no plans at Hasbro for a Voyager class Insecticon.
