Got my go Shockwave today. Very nice purple shiny goodness (ooh-err) Don't mind the alt mode as much as some people it would seem, but those add on bits are truly toilet in any colour.

Is there any good alternatives to Royal Mail to send stuff overseas?
Tried to estimate the cost of sending an MP-10 and looks like they want £70-80 for it!
A few years ago I sent a Mp Seeker to Canada and cost me £10. How times have changed

Try Cheap courier quotes for parcel delivery - UK wide service, to Europe & International Shipping | Parcel Monkey, they give you several options/companies.

Cost £40 to send MP10 to Australia and it took 3 days.

EDIT - I appears to have an infestation of Primes........

Ol' MP01 is ready for the slaughter house....he won't even get his hands out......

Jeez, glad I got mine in already after waiting for months. Sorry if you missed out, RP. AE will sometimes offer more pre-orders in another window.( I only purchased one)

Can't be, surely? I mean, when I ordered my one about 11am they were letting one order buy three, but apparently that quickly dropped to a one per order limit? AE preorders never last long- Prowl and Bluestreak were gone in just a few hours, the prices are just so low.

Shitty thing is I was thinking of ordering a second in case somebody missed out, but I didn't have the cash in my account to pay for it....good job I'm signed back on at the job centre.

Honestly, I dont think that people buying multiples is the issue. They are just really popular characters and figures. MP reach a much wider audience these days, and I think that caught even Takara by surprise.

    Anyway, thats just AE. Keep an eye on;

    AmiAmi [Character & Hobby Shop]
Hobby Search PVC Anime Figures Store
Home Page | HobbyLink Japan (as a last resort)

He is almost certainly going to show up there. Historically, AmiAmi will be the next place he shows, closely followed by Hobby Search (1999.co.jp).

Just saw an eleMMent Palazzo. Probably about as close to Rodimus Prime as you are likely to get!

I was thinking the same as you, can guarantee someone here who wants one will have missed out but by the time the idea had come they had already limited to one.

lol I still can't believe how big and hefty he is (MP01) been a while since I sold my original one off.

If keeping the boxes isn't an issue, you could always stuff prime and his bits inside each trailer, making 2 plastic rectangles passable as carry ons.

So what's been happening, was away last week, living it large at butlins minehead,
And to be honest with ya, that place is bloomin marvelous,
We had a blast, my littleboy just loved it,

I also jumped on the mp Smokescreen train through anime export,
Didn't order till around 5p.m so was defo lucky to get him before he sold out,

I do plan on getting Twinstrike but hoping to find OP and Pred cheap in Canada, or I might wait till I'm back here since my Canadian haul is already growing big. And it's still a month till I go there.

Looks great. Might break down and order on of the Datsun trio.

Thanks for the heads up on the Smokescreen pre order at AE. Bagged one before they sold out.
Guess I'm in now. Held off on the others for yonks. Doubt I'm gonna find a Prowl at that kind of price but after seeing Smokescreen, yeah.. I'm in.

    So dam true!! ^
I know Payton and Xaviercal both articulated Max's, and pretty dam well too but but I'm rooting for TB to rock that bad boy to another level using British engineering skills

I shall certainly try my damnedest!

Simons wins the thread again today by alerting the UK crew to cheap MP Smokescreen goodness!!! Cheers mate.....ordered and happy!

I ordered MP Red Alert from AE around a month ago (thanks to another Simond link) using SAL it cost but a mere £7.97 to ship.

That's the guy Steve! Thanks for reminding me - Payton.

To be honest after getting my encore fort max a couple of weeks back I can think of nothing that I could articulate it with that would take the weight. Plus finding hands that would be a suitable size would be an issue.

My worry would be that if I fudged a piece or part up replacing it would be a very expensive problem. To myself right now trying to get a mortgage I just couldn't justify that risk of around £300+ but hey I am rooting for TB too if he decides to go ahead with it. All I would say is you'll need balls of steel. Mighty mighty cajonés.
