If she doesn't it was a waste of animation to keep her stasus self around. Even if she doesn't get out of her little container it will at least show her getting blasted by the synthetic energon crazed Starscream and/or Knockout. After all, the two have a reason to want to smash her

 

Or as someone once suggested they keep her in that pod for the entirety of the Season 3 and ending it after Optimus' victory speech with someone saying:

"I feel like were forgetting something"

*cue in shot of Airachnid STILL in her pod amongst the ruins of a Decepticon base*

With all the appearances she's made since "Armada", probably. Though I'd find it humorous if she didn't reappear at all.

 

If she doesn't show up I'm going to be disappointed. And the way this season has been going, it's going to be a first for me.

I would prefer CylasDown, but I bet it's Arachnid. And everyone has to realize the reason so many of you hate her is because the creators made her the way she is so you WOULD hate her. I like what she brings ot the story, but if I ever met someone with an attitude like her I would have to restrain myself from punching them.

 

Anyone who says that Airachnid is the worst TF character ever has obviously forgotten about almost the entire cast of Energon.

 

I find it ironic how they kill the characters people do like (Dreadwing, Breakdown,) and the ones with potential (CyLAS) but bring back the characters people hate (Airachnid.)

That's life, I guess.

 

I don't understand why anyone liked Breakdown or Dreadwing in the first place -- they generally fulfilled the "tactical bruiser" role and not much else. Breakdown in WfC was a lot better in terms of personality, though that's not saying much.

Airrachnid, on the other hand, was a colossal...witch, but she has more character and nuance to her. I doubt they'll be bringing back Dreadwing, or Breakdown-Silas, mostly because the former is dead and the latter is probably in little teensy pieces, given Knock Out was told to dissect him. The only reason I even consider Dreadwing among the possibilities is that strangely he's gotten a Beast Hunters toy, even though there isn't much reason for him to have one (p.s., he's still dead).

I can't fathom the writers don't follow their own internal canon enough to show Airrachnid several times being unearthed from the wreckage, Smokescreen stumbling into her, etc., and yet not do anything with the character. She needs a final end, and it obviously need be negative. I'm one of the few who likes her, and can also appreciate her character as a secondary aspect (i.e., I understand why people hate her), but she nonetheless needs to return for a true finale.

 

I really don't like her, so I hope not

Of all the good characters who had cheap deaths Airachnid should've had a cheap death I really don't get it NO ONE LIKES HER! Why would you keep a crappy character around and kill Breakdown and Dreadwing instead I'll never know

THIS MUST HAPPEN.

Yeah Arachnid is probably my least favorite character, followed by breakdown. They just aren't interesting characters, they're generic cruel psycho and generic strong-but-dumb bad guy. They lack the qualities of characters like starscream, knockout and predaking that makes them lovable villains, to me.

 

I think people liked Breakdown because he was... Breakdown, and also his dynamic with Knockout (Tag-team and stuff.)

People liked Dreadwing because of his Voice Actor, I assume. I liked Dreadwing because I remember him taking no shit, especially just before death. He was honorable, but this was brought into question when Optimus constantly asked him to defect. People were hoping we'd see an eventual defection, but nope, Megatron killed him.

 

Breakdown wasn't dumb he was the bruiser but he wasn't a dumb guy he was pretty smart and had more of a personality than the previous big tough guys he was a good partner to Knock Out's antics as well

 

Same reason why TFA Sentinel Prime or BM Nightscream or Energon Kicker and Ironhide never died.

I have a feeling that if she returns, she will finally meet her end.

 

She will make a formidable return.
