Man, just about every time I initiate a boss fight I get at least 10-15 players under level 100 ... it makes me so sad throwing away a cube at this point! Unfortunately my queue is quiet and nobody is calling me for help, so I was hoping to get the ball rolling myself. Bad idea.

 

These days level is no real indication of how powerful someone's event deck is...

I've seen people in the 30s fielding Event Thundercrackers...

That may be true, but the ones I keep seeing can't do anything but scratch their butts & pick their noses while the bosses get loose.

The 3 Cube bug has been what has really put me over the edge on this event. I can't stand mobage.

It was working fine for the first few days of the week, and then OOPS, level 6s come out and all of a sudden the 3 cube bug is accidentally back.

That isn't tied to level at this point - more likely rank.

For a lot of us there really isn't much reason to do a late game push - ranks are locked in. The top 300 need to jockey for position and small as the group is - but past that the only real jockeying is going to be around the borders. No way I'm going to drop from 1108 to 2001 in 2 hours, so unless an odd snipe comes up, what's the point at this point? I might as well save the cubes. So I'm only going to turn over 131 gold medals and 81 weapon medals, but they are just going to get added to the 217 standard golds I carried from last time.

With the next event being cons, its not even like we need a warchest of medals to MTM. We have the whole event to get the fembots MTM. At most the majority of us will just need to worry about quickly MTM-ing an episode Razorclaw or Divebomb if we buy it.

I guess the question is what the starting bosses and rewards will look like. Gotta figure that most of the top 1000 will probably almost instantly start this event at 12-14K deck power. That was more than enough in this event to one-shot Arcee lvl 5 and get into the recursive loop. If the bosses are at the same level and do 1 BC & 1 EC we're going to go infinite again. If they do 2 BC, the guys in the top 300 at the start are going to flip to 300-900 BCs in short order. (Only way to stop that is to up the starting boss power some, not grant 1 & 1, or not grant 2 BC...)

If you 3 cube something it automatically resets your free battle cube recharge timer to 60 mins.

So if you have say, 7 minutes left to you get a free cube and then see something you can snipe for 3 cubes....well, if you do, you can kiss that free cube goodbye for another 60 minutes.

i swear it's just a way for them to get people buy BCs.

 

much slower finish compared to last event. Bosses are just hanging around. I think I'll put my phone up now and save BCs. Sitting at rank 133 and wont be able to crack the top 100 but can't see myself dropping out of top 300 either.

This event taught me to be a stingy asshole with my BCs. Started with 15, finishing with 170. Pretty much held at 280 up til the lvl 6 bosses. Not sure I'll do so well without a MTM 5x card next event and the decent size 2 cube snipe window that comes with it on middle bosses. Am done with spending more than the two 100 coin bridges from here on in.

 

Ok rank 197 with 18 bc left. Base cleared out of anything bellow T3. Got 723 gold weapon and 2298 gold episode medals waiting to be banked. Its gonna be a long hour and a half

It isnt better then arcee when the 5x multiplyer is gone.

170 BC way to go man starting with that many next Event can easily get you top 100!

 

Except in events which make T4 Decepticons x2. Like the next one...

 

Hm. Kinda sad that I won't get to see an Elita boss around. Never did go anywhere beyond the highest Arcee. Honestly at this point I'm kind of wishing I'd just left myself down low enough to get 100 medals instead of one Firestar set. Rather have the upgrade fodder than a card that won't be ready for anything when the next event starts in two days (!?).

Eh, well. Suppose this first 10 days has been a fine crash course. That's something useful come out of it.
