I love those oversize Robotmasters. The Wrecker Hook one is especially awesome. Good to see those are still around.

So presume the new oversized Reflector is made out of the same shampoo-bottle plastic as the previous version? Will you be carrying these in the store?

They are on his store, and he told me that this one seems a bit sturdier than the last one, but didn't specify if the plastic was a different type (I was the one who "want listed" the Robot Masters and Reflector).  

Speaking of Robot Masters, I got the Mirage because the Classics Mirage is too differently shaped from his G1 self for my taste. I'm not a customizer by any means, but I'm thinking of maybe painting his underside white so the core of his body looks more white in robot mode.

I was wondering if you guys thought any stickers out there... G1, classics, something else would be salvagable to spruce KO oversized Robot Masters Mirage up?

 

Reprolabels makes a set for both G1 and Classics Mirage. One of them could work

 

I've been asking myself that same question for a long time now. It's a decent KO, but the weaknesses of the original RM version really become more noticeable at the larger scale. His proportions are a bit weird, and his stubby footprint makes him a bit unbalanced. You'll also find that he is probably just a bit TOO big to fit with your other classics (unless you want Mirage to be your team brusier.).

I've been looking at him with a kitbashing twinkle in my eyes for years, because otherwise it's a pretty neat figure.

100% agree, I've been using a regular RM Liger as my classics Mirage for years (I don't mind him being a little short), if I ever see one of the big scale ones I'll definitely grab one.

The classics mold is fine for Draggy and Crasher, but not mirage.

 

Do you know if they ever ko'ed reverse convoy?

Got one. Oversized. Pretty fun. Just that gap between the bottomof the Megatron head and the top of the tank/body has a small gap. Could easily be fixed. Fun piece overall.

 

Is it this dark blue one? I think I can still get it.

 

I picked one up at Kmart last year. It came with a T-Shirt.

 

what's the size like on that one? The one on ebay is a bit large for most displays

I love Backroom Commandant. Great KO, and looks pretty good side-by-side with Classics figures (he's almost Voyager sized). My only complaint is that the moulding on the Megatron head is pretty soft and indistinct. Easily replaced though.
